The whole team was super friendly and the business is super clean and well maintained. I went in for a noise coming from my rear end. Joseph didn't just look to see what the noise was. He looked over the entire vehicle to make sure everything else was okay, and I found out this is something they do with every single vehicle. They give y a full vehicle report. There were a few more things found unrelated to the noise, but I was not pressured into fixing them right then and there, like other shops would do. I was told what was a priority and what would eventually need to be repaired down the road. They truly care about making sure your vehicle is not just maintained so you don't run into further issues down the road, but also safe! I had a great experience working with Paul Campanella's Auto Center on 202. I had a flat tire last week and was able to get the spare on independently. I called several shops nearby to where I was and Campanella's was extremely communicative and helpful. They let me know they had the same tire I needed and were able to get me in quickly to check out the wear and tear on my current tires. I ended up replacing all 4 tires with their guidance to keep my car safe. Not only did they fit me in and have the work down by the end of the day. But they were also able to give me an oil change, which I had an appointment for at a different business the following week. I took my car in for an oil change and point check. They were very thorough, and we're able to give me estimates on the additional work I anticipated I would need. I went back the next week and had my front and rear brakes done. The prices were reasonable. It was easy to get an appointment, they have a shuttle, and the turn around was excellent.
