She's the very best, she's gentle, nice, friendly and very patient. She listens to what you want and make it happen! Had the worst experience with Kim!!! She tried to take the old Acrylic off with a fake nail and it hurt so I asked her to just file it or soak it off but she continued, I asked her a 2nd time and told her that that's what the guy did last time and ended up breaking my real nail. She ignores me and continues, ends up breaking my real nail and makes me bleed. And not only that, while she was doing my pedicure she was distracted and kept looking at the door. Stood up at least 8 different times to go talk to someone or greet ppl at the door which was extremely annoying. Worst pedicure I've ever gotten!!! read more

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. I paid $80 for a full pink and white set Saturday 9/3 and by today which is the following Thursday 9/8, so, 5 days, every single nail has popped off as if they were stick ons. To boot the man who did my nails cut me so badly that now my fingers are infected. I go back to please ask for my money back and instead of refunding me they were trying to put nails back over my bloody damaged fingers and absolutely refused to give me my money back. So now I'm stuck with no nails and doctors bills as I have to go see someone for the infection and no refund. 0/10 do NOT RECOMMEND unless you like wasting money and want an infection in your fingers. read more

I tried this place a little over a week ago now because they just recently opened up and I was tired of poor service at the other salon I went to. Everyone at King Palace Nails was super nice and the place was clean. I got a classic pedicure and gel color (not a full gel manicure). I love how the technician took his time on my pedicure, it did not feel rushed at all. However, right before he put on color, he got up and left having someone else finish up the job. I was a little confused but again, this guy took his time so it was fine. He did my nails and they looked great for about 2 days and then the nail polish started to lift. Here I am a week later with the nail polish completely off because they got so bad. In the pictures you can see some spots but you can't tell that the nail polish is lifted around my cuticles. I was literally in the shower cleaning my hair and my hair kept getting caught under the polish (almost like I had a full set that needed a fill). I gave 3 stars because the customer service was great but for $55 my nails should have lasted at least 2 weeks. read more

This was the first time that my big toe on the side was scraped and I saw blood. He kept going and acted like it was no big deal!!! Probably won't go back. Had bad experience with Kim she didn't listen to what I wanted as far as s&s nails and dipped wrong color and wrong shape and nails were very thick and different sizes.she was too busy watching what all the other techs were doing and watching the door when customers come in .She is the manager and she should not be doing nails or pedicures because she doesn't pay attention to what she is doing.This was my third time going there but my fit time getting nails but I won't be going back.Bad service quantity and not quality is what this place cared about. read more

Kind of upset about the experience. Reading all the reviews and suggestions from people this was the place to go. It was more of a puppy mill experience rather than being treated like a customer. Stations weren't cleaned between customers nor were any of the tools. The only thing that came out of a peel pack and looked remotely clean were the nail files and even the "new ones" came out of a drawer full of old ones and trash. It seemed that the only upside was that a beverage was complimentary. While scheduling an appointment was doable it was difficult to convey that there was understanding of what the service was and the time. read more

I came here for ombré SNS nails for my engagement photos. My nails look pretty good, but the entire hour and forty minutes she spent doing them, she kept asking me if I wanted to add anything on -- tips, an eyebrow wax, a pedicure, a design, and glitter, all specifically. It also cost $65, which in my opinion is extremely steep. Regular SNS is $45 and a $20 up charge is insane. read more

Do not recommend. Paid $50 for a pedicure that was rushed the whole time. They have all these chairs but not enough staff so they don't take their time at all. I expected better. I prefer to drive 30 minutes to Nail time in San Jose or Baymeadows than to go to that place again. And at least at nail time they offer a relexology pedicure. King palace had no idea what that was. I've been to king palace nails a few times. first few times were great experiences the last time was my final time going. It was a Thursday at 12-ish I understand that I didn't make an appointment because I work in the service industry I knew I would have to wait which didn't bother me. So I walk in tell the receptionist what services I would like and she says OK go ahead and take a seat at the pedicure chair I thought nothing of it walked back sat down one girl came up to me and asked me for water and that was it. I sit and wait on my phone next thing I know over an hour and a half goes by I look around and I'm confused because nobody has said anything to me yet they see me sitting there with no water in my basin while other walk ins are being seen. i keep telling my self 15 more minutes 15 more minutes.. mind you i can hear the front desk. After 2+ hours of waiting IN THE CHAIR i walked out. don't sit customers and not acknowledge them.. never again. read more

I really wish I could give them zero stars. I went in for a full set and unhappy is an understatement. I had higher expectations because of other reviews, but clearly those are a lie. Kelli/Kelly (I believe that was her name) could not do nail art or properly shape acrylics. I didn't say anything because I was trying to be polite and I thought she would fix it or get better, but to no avail. My nails are so thick, the shape is completely wrong, and the design looks like crap. After, I politely asked the receptionist if someone could fix my nails another day because I was unhappy and asked her not to tell the tech who did my nails, BUT she did anyways and the nail tech came over with an attitude. I tried to explain what was wrong, and quickly an argument ensued. I am not one to raise my voice and cause a scene, but with a group of employees surrounding me basically yelling at me and trying to tell me I'm wrong and assume I'm just not trying to pay.. I could not stand there and take the BS. They all knew my nails looked like crap and looked nothing like the picture I gave the nail tech, but still were trying gaslight me and force me to pay 75$ for something I did not like. They ended up giving me a "discount", but I still feel like I shouldn't have because of the whole situation plus the awful nail job. The picture I attached does not to them justice, the nails look even worse in person. I will say the only one that tried to rectify the situation was the receptionist, but the rest of the employees are just rude and disrespectful. I have never had an experience like this in my entire life and certainly will not be coming back. read more
