Spent over a hundred dollars for two xl delivery pizzas, both buffalo chicken requested but all i got was the chicken part. They denied a remake or a refund, and went through a chain of 3 people over the phone to actually get an answer. Don't waste your time! We waited for 2 hours for our pizza. This is for pickup, not delivery. When the owner finally acknowledged my husband waiting, he told him they were having problems with their printer. He had to run the orders back and forth. That still doesn't explain the 2 hour delay. To add insult to injury, a guy came in and picked up his order, and told my husband that he placed his order 45 minutes ago. Ridiculous! The pizza was okay, but not to wait 2 hours for. The Pepperoni Pizza was good, but the Margherita pizza was disappointing. Lots of garlic, but they used dried basil. Come on now! That's just lazy. Won't be back. I had totally forgotten about Kings pizza when I order pizza, but luckily I thought about them earlier tonight when my pizza craving hit...with Dominoes, papa John's and Pizza Hut​ all close by, but none taste like real 'Italian" pizza so I usually just forget about it if I can't get what I really want. It's hard to find a place that uses fresh spinach and mushrooms. Dough always tastes great, perfectly soft and chewy. Love the seasoning they put on the crust. We just moved to the area and this place was recommended to me by my HVAC contractor. It has been great every time we go there and get Pizza. Try the Garlic Feta Ham and mushroom. Awesome. Worst service ever. Food is good when cooked right which is rare and always takes at least 1 1/2 hrs. Ordered sandwich with no onion and waited 90 minutes for it. Got it and covered in onion. Called to have them make and bring back. Placed on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up. When I called again, I was told that I had to wait for owner. I responded that I expected a full refund brought to me immediately since I paid cash. It's been an hour and have not seen or heard from anyone. This is a repeat issue!!! My family ordered calzones, a stromboli and some dessert..same order we always get from pizzerias..I will just provide the good and bad and let folks decide for themselves. Good: Calzones and stromboli were ok (average), the marinara sauce was pretty good and the prices cannot be beat. The employees I met on this trip were pretty nice too! Bad: The calzones and stromboli were rather skinny as in not much filling, ALL desserts are frozen and not made in house so if you want something specific i would call them in advance to make sure it's cut. I was really disappointed with the fact that i couldn't get the tiramisu we were after and even the dessert we did order was frozen and had to be microwaved prior to eating (baklava, really!?). I'm not impressed by this at all.. Overall, I don't think I would go there again. read more

Update....the last three times we wanted to order within the last 6 weeks, we were not able to. Why? Let me tell you. On a Thursday night we were put on hold...for 15 mins to order. Nobody came back so we hung up and called back. Nobody answered. Next time we called, they said it would be at least 2 - 2 1/2 hours...it was 8pm when we called, so no thanks. Then last night we called at 7:45 and they said they were swamped and would be at least three hours. It's not that great to wait that long. Jimmy Johns got our order and it was delicious. ******* We've only gotten delivery, just to throw that out there And the drivers are always really friendly! The pizza is great! We have tried several of their specialties and we have our favorite! My husband likes the Heart Stopper with parm/garlic crust and I like the Bacon Double Cheeseburger. So yummy!!! We've also tried a few others, which were also very good! Pizza is what they are good at! I ordered a salad last time that was GROSS! Watery iceberg and the veggies were not fresh. The thin crust pepperoni and mushroom is our favorite. The prices are great and it's menu is pretty easy to make choices. As far as the service it's good but you can tell when they are busy which is towards the weekend. The pizza is good stick with the large, anything smaller and you will wish you ordered more pizza. The wings are okay, nothing special since they are baked in the oven. I prefer this over Little Ceasers and Pizza Hut. You won't be disappointed but don't go here expecting a gourmet pizza like mellow mushroom. read more

Worst ever!!!! We got the family deal 2 large 2 toppings/10 wings/bread sticks/and a side salad for $25. We picked it u in 20 min. Not bad. But now we know why.... Wings were really tiny flavor ok. Bread sticks turned out to be cheesy bread... Bonus... But crap... Side salad... Oh you mean the lettuce and onion salad... It had refrigerator taste and two very small slivers of tomato... Onions were soggy gross... Then the pizza.... We ordered one with onion and green pep and the other double pepperoni. If you like a lot of crust the this three inch crust is for you. It was the size of a medium they called it a large and just added more crust... The double pepperoni was a joke there was regular pepperoni amounts like two to three per slice. we want our money back. Could of went to Little Cesar's and had way better. Yuck we won't be back. Called back at about the 3 hour mark and food hasn't been picked up from the driver. No manager on duty to talk to and boy didn't seem phased by our frustration. I had to pick up an order for a delivery service. I was 9 minutes out when I got the pick up. I get there, no one acknowledges me for 5 minutes. They work on everyone else's food. Finally apologize and say that someone opened the Uber eats order and didn't tell anybody. And they have to make it. I will have to wait 5+ minutes. A girl walks in while I'm waiting. Stands at the counter for about 3 minutes and finally someone acknowledges her. Also, the phone is ringing for probably 4 minutes at this point and they're just ignoring it? They were apologizing to the guy before me too. What a mess. Worst pick up I've ever done. UPDATE: I had another pick up tonight and they had 10 minutes to get it ready. I got there and he told me it would be another 15 minutes. They served 4 walk in customers and I was still sitting there. I highly do NOT suggest this place. This past weekend we ordered pizza from here for delivery, we were told it would take up to an hour for it get here. It took them 2 HOURS to get here. The pizza was cold and IT WASNT EVEN CUT!!! We had to cut the pizza ourselves NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! We had to call 2 times to see how much longer it would be and all they would say is they'll be there soon. My husband ended up calling the owner but the owner said there is nothing he could do for us and he was sorry. Didn't get a refund or any kind of discount just that he was sorry. How pathetic. Checked out Yelp first (that's a help.) Ordered ahead a house special large no sausage & a double pepperoni. In contrast to older reviews here, the double pepperoni was generously topped as was the house special. I agree with other reviewers...crust is great; pizza's are not sweet like a P John's but more rustico and savory. We got full before we ran out of pizza, which is unusual. Yes, like most places a large doesn't look like the NY-style 70's fold-a-slice...but the pizza is competitively priced especially against local options. I agree with other reviewers, if you want to spend Little Caesar's money but want a better pizza, King is a superior choice. We called ahead; were told 30 minutes; it was ready on time when I picked it up...it was also done. A frequent problem we have elsewhere in Cartersville is getting a rushed pizza that is doughy, undercooked meat and tomato paste that still tastes uncooked. We will continue to pick up King's for fun on Saturday nights. Keep up the good work y'all. read more

Recently moved to the area and wanted pizza. I called to check if we were in the "delivery zone" and we were. Placed and order online and received both email and text that it would arrive by 6:53 p.m. (ordered it at 5:30!) By 7:30, we still had not received the pizza and I called and was told "they received the order but no one put it in". Funny, they charged my card though. Told them cancel the order.
