Had the best experience ever shopping for groceries here! My brother in law burnt the ham Thanksgiving day, and so I had to get a replacement. It was the busiest I've ever seen this store, I was going all over looking at the meats trying to find a ham, and I was not successful. I asked a worker there for assistance, and she was just so incredibly kind. She walked around with me looking for a ham, but they were all sold out. So, she brought me over to the deli section and asked if they had any of the boars head hams left and I was in luck they had a few left and a deal going on if I bought the box gift set. I couldn't thank her enough, she made my day easier and I was out in a flash. This has always been my favorite location in town, and this experience is just another reason why. read more

Just an update after coming here on a weekend. It was very busy, and I was really impressed with the amount of staff that they had stocking the food and available to answer questions and help you find things. I still think this is definitely the best King Soopers in the Springs area. I'm leaning more towards 4 1/2 for this location except until their produce looks fresh and delicious, I don't quite think they deserve five stars. Whole Foods or farmers markets, in season, are still the best place to go for healthy looking produce. read more

I'm new to Colorado and have not experienced a King Soopers before. This store is great and they've got a killer selection of produce, meat, and other household em items! This is for the pharmacy: My dad had just had a surgery and went in for a pain medication, he was in quite a bit of pain, and had cut his hand on something without realizing it, when he gave the pharmacist (Jen or Jenna B.) his prescription he realized he had gotten blood on the script and apologized, and I understand there are universal precautions about blood exposure, but she could have been professional and nicely told him she couldn't touch it, but instead she said "I can't touch that, you need to tear that part off or something, I'm not touching it" then she turned to her coworkers and said "I'm not touching that I'm not" and handed him some scissors. She should have gotten gloves, maybe offered him a band aid, and cleaned anything that came in contact with the blood with alcohol. Instead she embarrassed him in front of everyone and made him feel like a disease while he was in a vulnerable position read more

DO NOT USE THE CURBSIDE PICKUP SERVICE HERE! I am currently in line to pick my online order. I have been waiting for 45 minutes so far and I am pretty sure my 3-year-old in the car has pooped his pants. I got a call from the store a couple hours before our scheduled pickup window and was told my order was about 30 minutes behind schedule. So I arrived at the tail end of my pickup window, and I was told the order needed another 10 minutes. After 45 minutes and numerous orders behind me coming and going, someone FINALLY came out to ask me what order I was picking up! The thing is this is not the first time I have waited over 45 minutes for an already-late order pickup. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. The take out management seems to be more interested in making a political statement and taking control, and letting the actual good workers go. They have changed the demographic to only one type of person. And the people they replaced the good workers with are very lazy, unclean, and unkempt. If someone doesnt seem to shower every day, I dont think its sanitary for them to be handling groceries. read more

I went grocery shopping at this location on 3/7/2021 and bought 4-5 peaches, they looked great on the outside and not mushy or brown. When I bit into one of the peaches it was brown on the inside so I cut into the rest and they were all rotting from the inside out. I called the produce department to let them know and he said he would check the other boxes but fair warning if you already purchased some. read more

This review is for the pick-up service. I have already completed a survey for my pick-up service as well. We waited 1.5 hours in line during our pick-up time slot 5 - 6 p.m. this Sunday. It was not a special holiday; just a regular Sunday. We arrived at 5:25 p.m. There was a line of 11 cars in front of us (including four in the unavailable pick-up car ports). We parked elsewhere to call the store to make sure we should join the line. Brandy answered curtly; yes, we had to join the line and wait. There were no exceptions to this. They were short-staffed. We should be understanding. I'm understanding to a point, but we were in line until 6:55 p.m. when we finally got into one of the car ports. I called the store again, Brandy answered, and I explained we waited over an hour and a half. I asked if we would receive compensation for our waiting. She said $10 would be taken off our order. It wasn't. This isn't the first time King Sooper's hasn't taken off money from our orders. Our last delivery was the same way. I called Customer Service while in line, and even the rep said she couldn't do anything. She literally said, "I don't know how to help you." I asked if they could call the store to find out what was going on. She called the store to find out they received over 100 orders; that's why everything was backed up. At 5:30 p.m., they hadn't even started shopping for our order. Only one staff member helped the line of cars, by bringing out the orders, for the first hour. HORRIBLE! Why wasn't management shifting around people to help out where there was a shortage of people? What about setting a maximum number of recieved orders based on what they can handle due to staffing? I will NEVER recommend pick-up from the Constitution location, Colorado Springs. Also, after waiting in line for an hour, I even received a text reminding me to come to the store. This review is for the Starbucks that's inside King Soopers. The Starbucks worker was so rude. Her tone was rude, and her eye contact and body language is rude. Usually Starbucks has friendly employee. She doesn't fit with the standards. She was clearly having a bad day or really hates her job/interacting with people. I ordered an eggnog latte and a peppermint mocha latte. The eggnog latte was okay but the peppermint mocha was HORRIBLE. Both weren't very hot. She made them way too fast so that's probably why they weren't really hot and weren't made with love. I'll be sure to only buy drinks from there when she is NOT working! read more

The newest King Soopers on Constitution is a nice store. It reminds me of a small Fred Meyers store. It isn't as nice as a Fred Meyers but for the COS area this is a very nice store. They sell some hard to find items. In fact they are hard to find in the store. LOL. They sell Pumpernickel bread but it's not sold in the bread isle. It is a little disappointing because some of the fruit is not in the best condition. Today I noticed some Apples looked like they were picked off the ground not from the tree. I will continue to buy my produce from Whole Foods. There is a wonderful selection of cheeses. The deli has a great selection of lunch meats. They sell clothes. I've seen luggage. Home decorations. Toys. A huge pharmacy. There is a little flower shop area with great prices. There is a Starbucks with a seating area. There is a sushi bar. Much much more. You need to check it out. The only reason I gave the store 4/5 is because of the check out process. When there are long lines they will open new check stands BUT they never take people that are currently waiting in line. I love this store. One of my favorite grocery store chains and definitely my favorite location out of all. I come from Florida so these are completely new to me. They have so many different items. From local produce to makeup products to cloth, etc. You name it and chances are they have a section of it. I go as often as I possibly can. The produce is extremely fresh, I love to get mine from there. The sushi actually was pretty awesome as well. The doughnuts are delicious, if you choose the right ones. I always enjoy my shopping experience here. The store is very well kept, neat, clean and organized. All the employees will go above and beyond to assist you in all aspects. I called the store and was continuously put on hold without some letting me know why I was being put hold. Someone answered after the 6th hold and told me to call back in an hour, I ask for a Manager and the process started all over again. It seems they are talking about buying out Safeway and this is not a way to keep customers. They do need to retrain their customer service reps. read more

I'm from the East coast and back home we had the most beautiful Kroger within a mile of our apartment. I was so excited to find out that this King Soopers was opening up a few miles away and could not wait to see how it would be. Let me just say, it did not disappoint. It is probably the cleanest and most organized King Soopers in the area and reminds me of Kroger back home. I do a lot of my grocery shopping and leisurely walking in this store. The online coupons are so convenient and the weekly deals make shopping so much easier. So far, the customer service has been exceptional and keeps me coming back. It's also convenient that there is a gas station on the other side of the parking lot and tons of parking spaces! read more

We absolutely loved this store when it first opened, but now we are seriously considering going back to Safeway. Although there are a few things we don't care for, our main complaint is the produce department which has gone downhill tremendously. I would definitely compare it to Walmart's produce whereas it's rotten as soon as you get it home. Yesterday my husband bought a bundle of fresh asparagus which on the outside looked beautiful, but once he cut the band and opened them up all of the inside pieces were rotten. We have also had rotten onions, potatoes, and bananas, just to name a few. I think they need to stop letting the all mighty dollar get in the way of quality. I couldn't wait for this store to open since it is closer to me than the Stetson Hills store. I was there opening day and have shopped there quite a few times since. Every visit is increasingly disappointing. On multiple visits I have paid for items that do not make it into the bags for home. Their click it online service is so bad it is infuriating. They only keep 2 checkout lanes operating. The produce is almost as bad as Walmart's. The lettuce is wilted and discolored. You have to check expiration dates, because apparently they leave items out until they are sold. This store could easily ruin the chain's good reputation. The staff needs adult supervision and lessons in customer service to understand the concept of being part of the community read more

This is by far my favorite Kings Soopers in the Springs area. Easy to get around, always well stocked, plenty of lanes open, always someone at the service counters so i don't have to track anyone down. I use the curb side pick up quite often as well which is always a nice option on my busier weekends or when I known the store will be packed. read more

This location is a super King Soopers. It has a large selection of home goods, apparel, shoes, etc. Even better, it now carries all-natural and organic products for personal care (soaps, make-up, lotion, etc.). Their Spring plants, located at the outdoors entrance, look nicer and are more fair priced than competitors. The store is always so clean and organized - impressive considering this is a massive location. KS constantly has sales, coupons, and closeout deals on all products, including food. Their selection of Simple Truth (all natural products) and Organic are continually expanding. Again, priced fairly against competitors. Plus, if you sign up for a KS card (not a credit card but a rewards card) you earn fuel points for discounted gasoline at their service stations. If you are still not convinced, let me tell you that aside from the above, my favorite aspect of this store, really the company itself, is that they hire QUALITY employees. I've never experienced anything negative with customer service from the cashiers to the stockers. Well done, KS! read more

This King Soopers has almost everything you could need. There's a clothing section, a toy section, and home decor, plus all the regular groceries. Very clean and usually very well stocked. Prices on non-grocery items are comparable to Super Target. I do wish they had included a bank in here like some of the smaller, regular King Soopers have. read more
