Instead of saying something kind like "I'll be right back I need to grab a manager" she looked right at her and took off. I tell my husband "wow! She looked right at her and took off still. Some of these workers are so rude!" Because something similar happened to me in electronics the other day. So this Janne looks at me and says "she went to grab my manager!" As if I was even talking to her. I said, "the lady literally looked at her and walked away..." she repeated herself as if I'm deaf.
