This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. My doctor called in an Rx on Tuesday. I called on Thursday, and they had no record of it. So I had the doctor call in another Rx on Friday. Then I called the store, and they said they had it in stock and it would be ready in an hour. But instead, I got a text saying it wouldn't be ready until the following Tuesday, a week later. I talked to the pharmacist and all he could say is they get hundreds of Rx every day, and he missed it. Thank goodness this wasn't for a life-threatening situation or I'd not be around to write this review and warn everyone to avoid this pharmacy at call costs. I certainly will from now on. read more

When this place first opened I started the review and decided to wait. I was amazed at first and now I am less than amazed. I feel the service has fallen off a bit in some (not all department), However I love the liquor store and after dealing with some of the people at the meat counter, it is nice that they have wine/beer tasting from time to time to calm my nerves. But they have what you need and there is a pretty good selection of everyday needs and some great ethnic selections too. Also being a lactard, they do offer some good selections of dairy free options, but they do lack in the dairy free cheese. This place is more of a one stop shop than some competitors in the area with Pharmacy, Gas, Liquor, Pre-made options and a large store. I do hope that they step it up in the customer service in the meat department! read more

This is not my go-to store for my regular shopping (I like Safeway), but I come here for some things my regular store doesn't carry, as well as hitting up the liquor section when I want to do a one-stop shopping. I like that this store has a nice produce and cheese section, as well as the fact that their deli carries Boars Head meats (like most/all Kroger-owned stores). I mainly shop in the morning during the week and this store is always crowded and the parking lot nearly full, but the parking lot is huge. The store is kept clean and well-stocked, but for some reason Kroger stores don't do it for me; there's just some element to the shopping experience that I don't like (can't pinpoint exactly what it is). What I can pinpoint is the frequently awful experience at the checkout counter. Every once in a while I'll have a pleasant checker and a bagger who can bag things without mangling everything, but mostly not. Some of the checkers I've encountered are distracted or surly, and you'd think the baggers get ZERO training (do not put raw meat in a bag with produce or anything else but raw meat!). Maybe I'm just too anal about this, but I've had issues with baggers at almost every Kroger store (and King Soopers and Ralphs) I've ever been to. After I've spent $200 or more, I'd like to get home with my groceries intact (I'd also like all the cold stuff bagged together so I can pop it all in the fridge first, but I know I'm asking for way too much with this one). It's like Kroger just doesn't care about the last step in the shopping process. They get all the stuff in the store for you to buy, but don't carry though to the checkout point. That's probably why I limit my shopping here to odds and ends in between my regular shopping elsewhere. read more

Don't go there on Sunday before noon. None of the aisles are stocked. If you want fish, forget it. The fish counter isn't set up until later. Stocking carts clog the aisles, making a crowded experience even worse. Get your groceries bagged?? Fuggit about it! Parking lot sucks also. A truly low experience on the scale of life. read more

Too many dogs! It's filthy from dogs being placed in carts, baskets and on surfaces where you check out. These are not even dogs with owners claiming they are support animals. The staff says there is nothing the can do about dogs without vests. If you value cleanliness, stay away from the Glendale Leetsdale location. Monaco and Leetsdale or Colorado Blvd is clean and staffed with courteous employees. Also, watch your children reaching towards the many pit bulls, bull Mastiffs, bull dogs, Chihuahuas, Huskies and others. They placed new signs because of the problems, but won't address the offenders. Good luck and be safe with your health and body at this store. It truly is a dangerous place. Make your complaints to Kroger in Westerville and Cincinnati Ohio. Also, the neighboring hotel is rife with drug activity. Lock your doors. You can check Glendale police reports for the police calls to the hotel. read more

This is my Go-To store whenever I'm looking for something... even when the Jewish Deli is closed. So great to find they have a pretty good sized Kosher Selection. They also have a great selection of fruits and vegetables. They also have a big liquor selection, almost the size of another store in itself. read more

I can not say enough about this place, when I grocery shop I want a place that is all inclusive! Let's see, it has all my food items, fresh sea food and meat, bakery, veggies and fruits, cards and outdoor items, and liquor as well, yep this is the place! I like this Kings... It is new and fresh and has the upgraded look that I wish they all had. The produce is really fresh and they have a great cheese and olive bar as well as a great deli. There is plenty of parking. They have gas pumps too. Of course there are discounts on gas if you spend enough money in the store using your Sooper Card. read more

After 25 minutes at the meat counter and going in the back to make new/better cuts I picked the best 2 and paid $18 for these 2 fillets. Note the fat I still had to trim when I got home. I must say, I'm pretty impressed with the new store in terms of selection and decor. When I first moved to Denver, I avoided King Soopers because most of their stores were unclean, relative to the Safeways. This store has made a convert out of me though. They have everything a normal King Soopers store carries and then some. Plus, there's a gas station right by the store, so you don't have to drive down to the Loaf N Jug on South Colorado to use your King Soopers points. (I always get confused when I see that on my list of credit card transactions.) I would've given the store five stars but the roads in the parking lot are confusing. I think I've driven around in circles twice now, trying to exit the lot. Hopefully, I'll figure it out the third time around. read more

This is the worst King Soopers in the whole Denver area. It is atrociously managed. They are CONSTANTLY out of stock on essentials like milk and eggs, there are ALWAYS long checkout lines because half or more of the registers are closed, you can forget ever having someone help bag your groceries, the aisles are filled with stocking boxes at peak shopping times, and the parking lot is a death trap. Bottom line is that they need to double their staff but they don't because it would eat into the managers' bonuses. They don't give a hoot about their customers but people keep coming back because it's a convenient location. Don't be fooled - it's only convenient until you get inside and then it's a nightmare. read more

The store is very nice with broad offerings and okay prices. I'll keep coming, however the deli employee(s) are just awful ! Every time I come this one lady tells me how I want my meat cut without regard to how I actually want it cut and then she gets mean and ugly when I don't agree and stomps off. Plus there was an older lady at self checkout that didn't appear to know how to fix the issue nor handle us properly. I love shopping here....it is a great supermarket! They carry a variety of items and have a good organic selection. This is the next best thing to Whole Foods, without Whole Foods prices. And for some reason, my car seems to run better on their gas...not sure why!?! GREAT selection of spirits! Why not 5 stars.. 1. They should not crowd the aisles with displays. It is very hard to maneuver down the aisles with a basket without bumping into a display or trying to get around others when there are so many displays just sticking out everywhere. 2. They should have more...A LOT more of the little carts. Not everyone needs a big cart when shopping. I know, I know...bigger carts equal more food in the basket, which equals more money for the store. 3. The parking lot requires a lot of attention when driving...lots of blind spots.
