I have been going to this kings Soopers over a decade on the 11th ave location. Went to self checkout,and was treated so poorly by Cheryl. I spoke to a manager about the situation,who claims he will speak to her. Everytime I've been in,in the past she's always super nice to me,and all the customers. This is a decent spot for me to get reasonably priced groceries while traveling. I park my rig at the Love's next door and I can shop for whatever I feel like I can carry back to my truck. As of June 2024 this store is being remodeled, so you may have to ask a frustrated employee where to find things like canned tuna (aisle 11 with the baby stuff, of course). I keep coming back for the locally baked (Louisville, CO) bread from Izzio's. read more

I have been a loyal customer to this location since 1984. I loved it. The employees felt like family. Store was always stocked and clean. Customer service was excellent including at the pharmacy. In the past 5 years it has fallen apart. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff. Shelves are becoming more and more empty. Today I had a long list of specific items needed. At least 50% was unavailable. I'm done. Will be driving across town to 35th Avenue location. Hoping for stocked shelves and respectful staff. Fingers crossed. I love this local King Soopers, the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. They get new products often , I like trying them. This store is usually very well stocked and organized and clean. This is my go to grocery store! read more

I had a stat prescription ordered from my doctor and it took the pharmacy over two days to fill it. When I went in to get it the guy was more than rude. Terrible customer service. Not to mention when leaving the lady behind me said, "This place is the worst I feel your pain hunny." What an awful reputation to have yet they manage to h hold it. And it is appalling to me that when I need an emergency STAT prescription it takes two days. Will never use this pharmacy again. Walgreens manages to get the prescription and fill it in an hour don't waste your time trying king scoopers. read more

I will not be returning to this store EVER! I was getting gas with my son and he kept playing with the lotto box and I asked him to stop quite a few times. Note: My son has ADHD and we were on our way to his doctor to get a refill on his prescription. The attendant snapped at my son and told him to stop because it was loud. The attendant did not ask politely or patiently at all. I called the store to talk to management regarding my experience and was made to feel that I was overreacting but they would talk to the attendant. Whether my son has a disability or not does not give anyone the right to speak to a child that way, especially one that is not your own. read more

During the Corona crisis a young male attendant snapped at me loudly to get out of the way at the exit. Didnt say Ms, or Please or Excuse me, but simply "Get your cart out of the way you are blocking the exit !" in a very loud snappy voice directly into my ear as he stomped angrily past me. I had just paused a few seconds at the wide open exit on the side of the store with plenty of room, simply to look at my receipt. Not enthused to go back in case hes still there, really rude people there that dont care for others. He could have asked me nicely read more

I've ordered cakes from this location for over 20 years. I ordered 2 cakes for 3 of my sons birthday. Not only did they lose my order, but when they found it- it was the wrong time. I'm very sad and disappointed especially I received really bad service from the assistant manager. I won't order here again. I have always been a loyal costumer, but the lack of customer service has been unacceptable. If they had made a mistake and made it right I would be fine with it, but the I'll see what I can do attitude is just not good enough. Make it happen! I have shopped there for years and I am pleased with their service. Sometimes a business cannot predict when they are going to be overwhelmed with customers, that is just business. They cannot keep their prices low to compete with the big box stores if they have to have several employees working at all times. Picture the scene: 20 or more "customers" (suckers) in line at the "service" desk, 2 employees "working" at an unmotivated pace. I waited over 20 minutes to return an item only to be treated rudely. This place is the new Walmart! It just has a different name. I won't be back. read more

They wouldnt help me when my Friday , Saturday download wasnt registering. I checked , it was downloaded but it wasnt registering their end. They basically implied I had to pay full price or give up and leave my stuff. I went and left my stuff. Like no on in the store has a smart phone to look it up? And no patience to make the correction? Guess they cant be bothered. And yes one of them was the manager. read more
