I scheduled an appointment on-line for my annual flu and COVID shots for today. Everything went smoothly, the check in was effortless and after a very short wait, Bevin called me into her office for my flu shot. She is very friendly and engaging as well as a skilled professional. Aaron was equally friendly and skilled in administering my COVID shot. Although there are 3 King Soopers stores closer to my home, I will continue to come here. Furthermore, this store is clean and well organized, I found everything I needed after my shots and was able to check out quickly by a friendly cashier. She corrected the flower bouquet and grooms boutonniere, and made thoughtful suggestions that perfectly aligned with the wedding's theme. I ordered Valentine's day flowers for my wife, $35.00,on Wednesday. No problem charging my card immediately and informing me that all was ready. I scheduled for a 5:00 to 7:00 pm delivery. At 5:03 on delivery day I received a call that the promised flowers were not being produced. No problem charging me immediately but couldn't tell me that the flowers wern't available, until delivery time? Sorry organization. Since King Soopers doesn't enforce mask-wearing mandates, I've started using their delivery services. Today I was charged $9 for alcohol that I never ordered or received and they substituted the cereal order, charging me $3 more. I called. They said I had to call InstaCart. I called. They said I had to call King Soopers. I masked up and went into the damn store and told Customer Service why I was using delivery. As if on cue, someone walked in without a mask. I pointed, yelling, that's exactly what I mean. They didn't kick him out but he started yelling at me that masks don't work. To make a short story long, they again told me I had to contact InstaCart. I said all I wanted was a debit to my credit card. They refused. I said give me the damn alcohol then but don't ever expect me to shop in this store again. So after more than 30 years, I won't be returning to King Soopers. Natural Grocers will get all my business. Yes, I filed a complaint with corporate. A lot of good that'll do. read more

This is the best grocery store named King Soopers at the corner of Ken Caryl and Sims. If you need groceries they have them.

I ordered from Click List yesterday. My bank has a hold for my order. My sons went to pick up. It seems their computer system has a problem today. Multiple orders placed for today were bumped to tomorrow. I ordered early yesterday morning!!! Here's the problem: I ordered items from this week's ad. The new ad starts tomorrow. All of the sale items will revert to full price overnight. When I called to talk to them, they hung up on me. I was polite, just asking to speak to the Click List manager who had been talking to my sons. They told my sons, too bad, no, the sale prices won't be honored...and too bad, there is no way they will fill the order today. Both the King Soopers on this end of town are rude and make a concerted effort to let you know that you, as a consumer, do not matter to them. Goodbye, King Soopers! I will stick to Walmart and Trader Joes. read more

I signed up for the delivery service and the 1st delivery went well BUT with the second delivery they DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG HOUSE! Luckily we have cameras and we saw the delivery driver delivering our groceries to my neighbors house so we were able to retrieve them. read more

I have never written a review of any grocery store but yesterday was the last straw. I avoid this place as much as possible bcse I dislike just about everything about it: parking, customer service, rude employees, standing in line to ck out when not enough lines are open, self ck scanners not charging correctly, appearance of store, etc. Etc. Normally I love this store, but they have one employee, a hunched over old lady,who likes taking her bad mood out on high schoolers coming in to grab items on their lunch break. I noticed her when I was walking in and leaving, scolding kids for standing with their friends by the self checkout stations. Instead of asking them to move so she could push the carts by, she chose to scold them saying "you would probably walk in front of a car too". NEVER SHOP HERE! The staff CONSISTANTLY violates the store policy on mask wearing. I don't care what their politics are, the use of masks is both their policy and the law. This is a particular problem with the meat department worker who REFUSES to wear a mask and constently spits all over the food as he shouts to his coworkers. Me to staff in meat dept: "can you buy more than 2 of a meat if it is on quick sale" Staff: "yes" I get to the checkout, manager during checkout from 3 lanes overs yells at cashier "no more than 2 meats per customer." Everyone looks at me. Clerk: "they can buy more than 2 if it's quick sale" Manager: "WHO SAID THAT!" Clerk: "the meat manager" Manager glares at me and storms off. As I continue checkout out manager kept paging meat manager over and over store speaker. People continue glaring at me. I wouldn't have no problem at all with giving back the 4 packages of quick sale chicken. It was 4 packages, 2 small breasts each, set to expire the day purchased. Normally my experience with King Soopers customer service is excellent but yesterday I had a horrible experience with the gas station attendant that I must share. I don't usually get my gas here but I was trying to save time so, killing two birds with one stone kinda thing. I only had one credit card with me as a form of payment & the gas pump wasn't recognizing it. I went to the cashier, she came out & had the same result & told me to press pay inside &go ahead & pump my gas. I did this filling my tank. I go to pay her & behold the station doesn't have a chip reader. What? Why? The store inside does! Apparently my magnetic strip is dead. Grr... she then says she will hold my drivers license while I go home (A inconvenient distance away, defeating my hole purpose). I ask if I can pay inside & says NO I can't. Great service and selection. Never an issue with Kings...I used to shop at the other big supermarket, but out of date products on the shelves - repeatedly made me make the switch. The only issue here is the parking lot layout, but theres not much that can be done with that. read more

Please Please Please Please Refill the soap in the women's bathroom. And empower your employees to correct the issue if they happen to be in the restroom on their break and notice the soap is empty. Seeing an employee go back to work with nothing more than a quick hand rinse is absolutely disgusting. Not to mention some of the interesting chunks on the walls in some of the stalls that have been there for more than a few weeks. read more

This is a 5 star review for Tye! We found out the hard way yesterday that King Soopers doesn't yet accept Apple Pay. We'd walked a long way to get to the store, and were getting some supplies for a friend who wasn't feeling well, and didn't have any other way to pay. Rather than simply saying "too bad" like most would have, Tye went out of his way to download Venmo, and allow me to pay him personally, and he made the purchase on our behalf. I've worked in a variety of customer facing roles, and THAT is awesome customer service. That is the kind of person who should have maximum input in how customers are treated, and that is the kind of experience that builds a company's brand and image, and makes people continue to buy from you. I have shopped the Ken Caryl King Soopers for some 20 plus years. I am quite disturbed to see the shopping mall now has a Smoke/Vape shop next door, not exactly in line with healthy shopping/eating/lifestyle. Plus, as we all know, the High School kids frequent the area. As the largest store in the mall area I would hope King Soopers would stand with their neighboring vendors and customers in opposition to Cloud City Smoke and Vape. Let's clean up the area and say NO to smoking and vaping and tell Cloud City to move along, bye-bye, not our style, find a location elsewhere. Until then, Safeway is right up the road. read more

This place is terrible. Management doesn't give people in the pickup department any breaks at all. This violates many laws in Colorado, that requires employers to give their employees at least a ten minute break every four hours. These poor people don't get any breaks and spend at least ten hours on their feet getting yelled at by coworkers and customers. Why even bother to have the PA announcements in the store stating that masks are mandatory for customers and employees if you are not going to enforce the mandate. When we went to our local store about half of the employees we saw were not wearing masks. read more

I have shopped at this store for over a year and really tried to give some of the store personal a chance to change. TODAY I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!! I HAVE TWO MAJOR COMPLAINTS WITH THIS STORE LOCATION. Now there are very few employees that are professional and not racists but there are several there that are. I have been talked to rudely, people have walked away from the meat case when I walk up while looking me in my face, then would immediately walk back up and assist any non person of color that comes up after me and continue to over look me unless the person whom they are trying to assist states that I was there first. Then I am talked to rudely and or sarcastically. If they focused more on why the valid digital coupons loaded to my card are not working when I use my king sooper store card and not the color of my skin and assume I'm up to something and following me around the store to see if I'm going to steal something, MAYBE shoppers will actually get the savings that are advertised. Start checking your receipt totals because most of the times the valid digital coupons are not deducting at the register. In addition, the digital free Friday coupon items are either not ringing up as free or they are listed on the receipt as free but the full price of the free item is in the total. Since I have discovered this issue, every time I shop I have to ask the cashier to make the corrections or I am asked to go to customer service to get the difference in cash. One cashier told me " you know those digital coupons do expire" I told her I always check to ensure the digital coupons loaded to my card are valid. read more

I was happy to come in, grab a couple medicines and a gallon of milk and pass by the one checker on my way to self check out, scan my medicine and wait for an ID check and wait. And wait. And look around and see two employees talking and look my way and ignore me. Two other employees also in the area not bother to see if I need help after the machine prompt me that help is coming while I see 4 idle employees ignore that I'm waiting for assistance. One finally came over from another area to help and then one of the idle employees decided to come over and harass me about seeing my ID while the other employee was helping me. If he wanted to ignore customer service and make a customer mad, he did a good job about it. I'm not inclined to use this King Soopers again. I did talk with customer service about my experience and was told they'd talk with them. I'm not sure that will happen when there are 4 idle employees unchecked to their CS values. read more

This is a great King Soopers location that you can count on to have what you're looking for. If you like a sampling of cheeses, be sure to see Julie in the cheese stand between the deli and the produce. She will get you set up for what you like and let you sample something the may become one of your new favorites. The deli staff are happy to help -even when it is late in the evening. I always find most of what I am looking for and I believe I have always been treated well - with perhaps one or two exceptions when the male teenager angst gets in the way of proper service. But don't let the rest of the great staff that is super attentive - even behind the service desk - get in the way of visiting a really great store. read more

i just came through about 20 mins ago and wanted to get cheetos because they were 2/$4 so i got 2 along with some more items i bought. i thought it was a little more than it should have been but i was trying to get home so i didn't notice it did NOT take the 2/$4 that it said on the price tag in the aisle. i ended up paying an extra $10 for both. i know it's not that big of a difference but i wanted them because they were cheap. i know i should have double checked but it would be nice if the stores system was updated to the correct prices. not very pleased. read more

I like this King Soopers because it isn't as busy as the two stores on Wadsworth. It is a huge store with a great selection. I think the deli and produce sections are way better than Safeway or Walmart. If you pay attention to the King Soopers Wednesday flyer you can get some really good deals. The only thing I don't like about this store is the parking. The lot is kind of steep and when it snows you have to be real careful that you don't slip and fall. read more

It seems strange to write a review about a grocery store but the more I go, the more il I've this particular store. The staffs there are always friendly and helpful. They are proactive when it comes to helping me. And during the snow storm, they have people helping customers to load their cars. I am willing to pay more than I would at Walmart down the street for the shorter lines and customer service. Lately the service has been poor. For example 3 trips in a row the bagger placed my bananas in the same bag as my frozen items. An hour later the bananas were shot. This trip there were no checkers and I was forced to use the self service checkout with a basket full of groceries. 3 employees were talking up at the front of the store without a thought there might be some service they could provide. The silver lining is that I'll receive the same poor service at Walmart but at least it will be a lot cheaper. read more
