I think it's a specialty of theirs which is why it was standard (as in, customers automatically opt for it) and not plain white rice. I'm not sure if it was an upgrade charge or not. It was just automatically entered. General Tso chicken tastes like funnel cake. Powdered sugar flavor, fried bread, slight honey or vanilla. Hint of pepper. It's very tasty but not what I think of when I think General Tso. Overall this is better than some Chinese restaurants in the area. I honestly cannot say one is head and shoulders above another. We usually do Yun Long because we know what they're good at and what they're not, and Yun Long is consistent. We really like Ichiban the best but that is all the way in Picayune. Give them a shot.
