This was my first visit, and Victor made the whole experience easy and comfortable. He had me pull into the shop, lifted my 2015 Honda Accord, and actually walked me through parts of the car while explaining what he was seeing. After over 10 years of oil changes, this was the first time I've had a mechanic take the time to educate me like that. Victor was honest, knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to talk to.
