I am in Oahu for business and of course Mrs. E is with me. She has a delicate back and has regular care with a chiropractor at home. Unfortunately her back went out and she was in a lot of pain, So I searched for a chiropractor close to where we're staying and Yelp says this is the place to go. It's located in a strip of stores, but around the back. A little difficult to find but when it comes to real estate, don't worry I'll find you. So the office is empty and there's me patient ahead of us. Within minutes Dr. Davis comes out and invites my wife into the exam room. He also invites me. Several excellent questions about what's going on with her, then he goes to work. According to Mrs. E he is very gentle but getting the job done. He has a number of chiropractic tools which also help to bring relief to her. Dr. Davis also gave her a few stretching exercises to help her. Now time to pay. They don't take our insurance so it's cash or credit. Now I'm thinking this is going to be expensive. Wait for this $99. That's right, the cost of lunch for two. I was in shock. Where on this planet can you get medical treatment for $99? You guessed it Kingdom Chiropractic and Dr. Davis. Mrs. E just won't have lunch for the next two days but her back is good as new. I went a few times while my back was bothering me. Went to the Nanakuli location. Really great staff and my adjustments were exactly what I needed. The place isn't fancy, but it works and is clean. Dr. Nathaniel Davis is very professional and knowledgeable. I saw him first 3 months postpartum and have been going first weekly now every other week. He was able to fix my hunched over posture and pain from the pregnancy and carrying the baby. He explains everything thoroughly and gives at home exercises to help strengthen muscles that are causing pure posture and pain. Lexi the front office lady is great at scheduling and they're very accommodating: the multiple appointment reminders are very useful. Dr Davis also can do an adjustment on babies. My first visit was on 7/2/22, second visit 7/5/22. I suffer from neck & shoulder problems and at that time I was in bad shape even with pain medication. Dr. Ahmed did the first adjustment to my neck and immediately I felt the blood flowing back to areas that were suffering. The second and following adjustments were things I had no idea were a problem. (Mid back, hip) Suffice to say I was extremely happy when I left and I was able to sleep at least 5 hours straight again. My second visit was more help in my problem areas and proved to be extremely beneficial to my overall pain issue. Dr. Ahmed really took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed subjects like diet & exercise to round out the overall treatment. Today 05/04/2022 was my first ever Chiropractic appointment. Dr. Rina Patel-Jerls DC is amazing! If I could give her 100 stars I would. I recommend her 1000%. The Nanakuli office is super convenient for me because I live around the corner. The office is bigger than you would think when initially looking at it from the outside. The receptionist is a sweetheart. The price is priceless! I arrived early and before I got to check in with the receptionist, Dr. Rina greeted me and immediately took me in the patient room. She went over the info I provided, asked a little bit more questions to better assist her with my consultation, did the exam, loosened up my body, and did the adjustments. She was super easy going and put all my fears about doing this to rest. Ohhhh my goodness...I waited almost a whole year to do this...suffering from a neck injury. I had major head aches, felt exhausted all the time, I had pain that radiated from my shoulders to the back of my head and over to my face. I would feel so sick for no reason that I would have to jump in bed to make it go away. My hands and feet were numb, tingling, and stiff, and in the last month I was experiencing burning sensation on my arms, hands, legs, and feet. It was difficult to do anything. I felt hopeless because nothing worked and my doctor kept prescribing me drugs that either didn't work, masked the situation, or made it worse. My doctor even said to wait before I see a chiropractor because I had a neck injury and he wanted to check me out first. Well I couldn't wait. After my first ever adjustment...I FEEL BLESSED!! Dr. Rina Patel-Jerls DC saved my life...literally! I don't know why I waited so long to do this. I feel so great and grateful! Instantly, the radiating pain was gone. Instantly, the numb, tingling, stiff, and burning in my arms, hands, legs, and feet were starting to diminish. As I'm sitting here writing this 4 hours later, I have NO numb, tingling, stiff, and burning in my arms, hands, legs, and feet. You have no idea how great it feels to be able to walk, touch, and do things normally with out feeling pain or like your body is on fire. I can actually feel my hands and feet now. I do have a little tenderness because it was my first adjustment ever, but that's nothing compared to what I have been going through. I know this sounds to good to be true, but I don't care what anyone believes because I no longer have all this pain and burning I been experiencing. And I'm not saying that this will help you if your experiencing the same thing as me, but this is my honest review. I can't wait to see her next week. I was visiting Hawaii for the Hapalua Half Marathon. Before I left NY my hip and lower back was bothering me. After a couple days of it not improving I scheduled a appointment with Dr. Ngo. He worked on me and felt so much better. He asked me questions before working on me. Then he explained how he would relax my muscles then readjust me. I was a little sore the next day but could stand upright and a few days later was able to run the Marathon with no issues.
