This has been my go to place for a while. I've tried other salons in the area but always came back here. The problem I have is the inconsistency. Some times I love my nails other times I want to cry over how atrocious my nails look. Today was the latter. Jessica has always done a great job in the past but today for my 11am appointment I made in advance I didn't get inn her chair till almost noon. This is known about this place so I typically can only get my nails done when I don't have anything else to do that day. While doing what should have taken 30-45 minutes for my nails lasted 3 HOURS because she kept leaving to do other nails. I made an appointment why did the walk in she was multitasking with leave before me? I'm a cuticle picker, I know it usually takes a little longer for my manicure due to the clean up of my cuticles. I always tip extra for that reason. Today when I noticed she skipped the cuticle clean up step I asked if she could do her best. She basically told me no and to just start using Vaseline on them. (I do) I said I will pay extra. She ignored me. I get my nails done FOR THIS REASON. That aside the shape is horrendous and I look like I have green bubbles on the ends of my fingers. Stopped in for the first time today, as a walk-in, looking for a pedicure and a full set. I was on a time crunch, so advised upon check-in if they could not accommodate both within the timeframe provided, I would happily take just the pedi. The team at kingdom spa pulled out all of the stops! On top of a quality pedicure, they went above and beyond to complete the full set as well. Wen on for a manicure and pedicure. I was sat in a chair while my feet were in the water and was left there for 15 minutes or more. No one came back to check on me. My water got cold so I left without getting any service. This is not the first time where customer service is poor. I always believe in second chances. Now I am done. Do not use Kingdom Spa if you are looking for good customer service. There are othe places that cost less with better customer service. read more

I love this spa. Now with that being said, I usually ALWAYS make an appointment. Even when I make an appointment I still wait at least 35 - 45 minutes before my service begins. They do a very nice job and I always leave there loving my nails, but as one reviewer said, if you don't have the extra time, go someplace else. The people there are very nice and will work with you to get what you want, but again, I feel like if I have any appointment, my service should start somewhere close to the time I make it. If you make my appointment at 4 and you can't start my service until 4:40, then make my appointment at 4:40. read more

I met a friend at this location to get a mani/pedi. We had an appointment and were promptly seated. They were very busy for 330pm on a Friday! The facility is large, with numerous different rooms for services. Plenty of technicians on site! I believe that I had Steven do both my mani and pedi. The paraffin wax pedicure was fantastic. I didn't feel I was rushed during my appointment at all. He took his time. There were so many options for gel colors- probably one of the largest collections I have seen at any salon! This place was recommended to me by my best friend and she told me to request Scott or Mike. Mike was out and Scott did my cousin so i was left with whoever was available. I ended up with a girl named Tina. I showed her inspo, a picture of a base an accent design and nail shape. She told me it would be 65 so i changed my design which still ended up being 43 dollars when my friend told me it would be around 20+ and i could get a 20% student discount. (Tina said they didn't have that) I waiting for over an hour for her to get to me and when she worked she kept going on her phone. I went in for a walk-in and got seated in ten minutes. I was there for 2+ hours getting an acrylic and gel. It wasn't complicated, but it took forever and I had to go home and file my nails right away because most of them were crooked and uneven. I wanted to like them they were very kind to me. I went to Kingdom Day Spa today and when I entered and upon signing in a guy asked my how can he help me . I advised him that I wanted to get eyebrows waxed and he said did I want a certain person to do them and I advised him yes, Daisy and he told me to go to the wax room so after waiting for 10 minutes. I finally asked someone did Daisy forget me and at that time I was advised that Daisy wasn't in today. This is unacceptable and I was very mad/upset with the service and being given wrong information. Finally, Karen came in to do my eyebrows and she had no personality, very rough with the waxing which I have never experienced with Daisy or any other staff, before I could get off the waxing table she was already tearing off the rolling paper and didn't ask if i liked the wax job and no thank you. I am an 'almond' shaped nails kind of gal. On many occasions, I leave nail salons hating yet another failed attempt of getting my nails shaped correctly. My nails are typically butchered by either being filed too deeply into the sides of my nail bed (the burn, OUCH!), slanted/crooked, uneven lengths, or I end up with just every nail being a mix of kitten claws/stilletto/round/oval. My search for a nail tech to get it right is over !!!! MIKE took his time and made sure every nail on one hand was the same length and shape. Then he matched my left to my right and my nails are identical to one another! It's like the almond nail gods heard my prayers and sent me to Mike aka nail heaven! I was sure I was going to leave disappointed because he just kept filing away at my nails and going back and forth between hands after every step of the process. I do not like writing negative reviews but felt it was necessary to inform others of my experience. I had been a customer at Kingdom Spa for over a year and always enjoyed my experience there. Keep in mind I had the same technician the entire time. When he left I tried someone different thinking that because I had great service with David i would have great service with anyone that worked there. I was so wrong and extremely disappointed. The person who did my nails, do not know his name because he never gave it and did not have a name tag, rushed through it and it was sloppy and ugly. The pedicure was worse. I waited for a half hour with my feet soaking in Luke warm water that turned cold. I requested for nail art that I always got on my toes but was told that he did not know how to do it. Usually another technician would do the art if the initial technician cannot do it. I was never given that option. I will never return there. There are way too many nail salons to choose from for customers to accept poor service. read more

Don't even bother going unless you have 2+ hours to waste. I went there on Saturday (day before Mothers Day) and when I walked in, I was told 5-10 minute wait for a refill. An hour later, I was still waiting and other people that came in after me (without an appointment) were being taken back for pedicures. While I was waiting, there were several other people complaining that they had an appointment so why should they have to wait an hour. I ended up leaving after waiting an hour and 15 minutes. I went back the next day (now Mothers Day) and was told someone would be right with me- that someone just needed to finish up. 30 minutes later, I was asked if I wanted to leave and come back or wait another 20 minutes for someone to finish up. I said I may as well wait since I waited an hour yesterday. While people that came in after me continue to be taken back for pedicures, there I sat for another 45 minutes before finally walking out again. I will never go back to this place again - I understand being busy but there's no reason why people coming in after me should continue to be serviced while I'm told that it will only be a little bit longer. They make you sign in but I'm not sure why since there's no order to who gets waited on next. Don't waste your money or time on this place. read more

So I've been to this nail salon twice. The first time was a pretty decent experience, though they don't make an effort to really talk to you during your treatment. I've recently gone back to give it another shot and i am highly disappointed. I got dip powder this time around (which i always get at my home salon) it's supposed to stay 3 weeks and not even 4 HOURS later one nail chipped and multiple others were peeling. Which with dip the top coat or anything about it should not chip or peel in just 4 hours after getting them done. Even while getting them done it seemed like the guy who was doing my nails didn't take the time to talk and make conversation. He even seemed rushed while doing them!
