Not only was he friendly and patient, but they quoted me HALF of what I was getting from every other shop. As they work on your car, you get emails with updates showing pictures of what they're finding during inspection and working on, which really helped me (a 25-year-old female) ensure that I wasn't getting scammed. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for honest people to tell you the facts and get your car fixed for cheap. I seriously don't know why this shop here with all of the guys in there you would think that they know what their doing But they don't. I took my car over there and the had things stolen from my car, charged me thousands in cash for my e break tires and dash and inspection and all of these test to be done but when I gotten my car. it was as if they did nothing. E brake still doesn't work lights still up on the dash, buttons that worked before no longer work now. & then on top of the charge extra for parts that were stolen when it was in the possession don't trust this shop especially the employees&their prices or their work.

I paid $2400 to have my 07 Dodge Ram transmission completely rebuilt only to find out that they just replaced it with an un-rebuilt junk transmission from an 05 Durango!! The installer even signed and dated the transmission with a yellow paint pen and the owner didn't know that and said it was like that before I brought it in!! They didn't check each other's lies. It's been back in their shop FOUR ADDITIONAL times just over the summer for a leak and it didn't leak before they "worked" on it.. Their one fix was to take a chisel to the oil pan to stop the leak!!!! When i simply asked about the 05 Durango the installer wrote on the transmission, i was sworn at multiple times I have never encountered customer service like that it my life....There is a possible lawsuit pending since part of the bill was paid by the warranty company.. Do yourself a HUGE favor and seriously look elsewhere.....

I brought my wife's car in for a P0700 transmission code. The shuttle service was convenient and…read moreappreciated. The shop could see the stored code but could not reproduce the issue. Despite that, they recommended replacing both transmission sensors for nearly $1,000, even though they couldn't confirm either sensor was bad. I suggested additional driving to fully warm the vehicle, but the issue still couldn't be replicated. They asked to keep the car another day, which I declined due to a lack of confidence in the diagnostic process. I was also charged a $24 environmental fee that was not explained when I paid over the phone. Customer service was polite, but the diagnostics felt incomplete and leaned toward replacing parts without confirmation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
