I've been coming to King's since it opened. My boy Andy is the owner, I've been getting my hair cuts from him since before he opened the shop. He cuts hair to perfection. I live in Riverside now and travel to his shop once/week because that's how good he is. My son has been getting his haircuts from him since he's been born. He runs a clean shop and every barber there is on point. To other customers, beware of fake BS reviews, there is an old ex-employee who is bitter about being let go because his cuts weren't up to par with the rest of the crew and has been leaving bad reviews. Got a $35 haircut from Sergio yesterday. walked in without an appointment asked for a 2 on the sides, about an inch off the top. I felt okay leaving the chair asked to use their bathroom only to notice that the barber had taken about an 1/8th of an inch off more behind my left ear than behind my right ear. Definitely not worth $35 should have just waited for the salon to open next door. read more

Kings Barbershop is a great place to go and under new ownership has undergone a remodel that looks great. Andy the new owner is a great guy and looks to make everyone comfortable! Ivan is my barber so choose someone else. James is a great barber and offers special services. New guy in the corner has a cool mustache and does great cuts. Joey is usually there on weekends and is usually amusing but is a delusional Dallas cowgirl fan and unless your a love the cowgirls and are a loser too, bring ear plugs as he tends to go on a delusional tirade of the cowgirls gonna win it all when the girls have only won 4 playoff games in 25+ years. One of my pet peeves is when a business has business hours and they do not follow it. This is why small shops like these will never get to be bigger than they are. Hair cuts are okay, they are better than those cheap $6 haircuts but not amazing. I would give them 3.5 stars for the hair cut. Dozen more shops near me so not worried about not getting a hair cut right now. read more

Hate going anywhere else, it's never the same... sharp, clean fades, tapers, etc.... I always call ahead to make sure it's not packed, but sometimes even if it is, there's AC and plenty of tv's to pass the time. Personally I go to Joey or Andy. Have never been disappointed. read more

The hours of operation is pretty much based on when someone feels like showing up and when they feel like leaving. By that I mean they will open later and leave earlier than what is posted. It has been more than once that the door was locked when walking up to the door while they were listed to still be open. Very unprofessional. read more

My son just got his haircut for school. Bad mistake taking him here not only is the fadewack they nipped his head and the trim wasnt even even nor the fade.. Disappointed af right before school starts. Not saying all barbers are bad but make sure you keep an eye on what the barber is doing and check your fade before you leave.. read more
