To whom it may concern, on 5-17-22 my coworkers and I stop to get coffee about once a week, today after coming from vacation we stop to get coffee on our way to work. We like to save the free ones for a rainy day so today we decided to stop and used our free drinks, and after we ordered our drinks that lady told us that we CANNOT use the stamp cards (3 free drinks) that they when digital and our stamp cards are useless that "the only thing that they can do for us is to trow them away". Don't even a warning to their customers saying are going digital and the stamp cards aren't good after 5-01-2022. Come on there is a lot of customers with cards with stamps and rather loose them then honoring the cards. read more

I want to love this coffee stand, they are close to my work & there isn't many choices in this area. The good- their espresso is decent, and they offer a lot of fun options as far as drinks go. The bad- the older woman who works in the morning (owner/ owners wife maybe?) Has 0 customer service skills. When they first opened I used to go to this stand everyday- I finally had to stop going because she would just bum me out . I started trying to go to a different window to avoid her and my luck she was working whatever side I went to. It's been over two years since I have gone regularly, I have gone in a few times over the last 3 months and every time the lack of customer service reminds me why I stopped going. I will drive into Pasco from now on. Today she had headphones in, you talk to her and she just blank stares at you. All of the other employees are nice and helpful with questions. I have asked the people in my office & all have had similar experiences and have stopped going to the stand, so it's not just my face she doesn't like. read more

I'm a fan of this place. Sad I won't be work in the King City area so much anymore. Their signature blended coffees are always great! It's a mom and pop place though with minimally trained staff. If you like to order custom drinks a lot you might not always get what you're hoping for. I've tried to get a blended caramel mocha several times (think Carmelizer or Milky Way...) and it's always an interesting gamble that usually tastes decent anyway. But now I am more likely to stick with the menu. I'm bummed out for the guys who lost their stamp card points. They did post warnings about 2 weeks in advance of the change. Prices have gone up too but I understand these places have to keep up with inflation. I'd give them 6 stars if I could once they fix some of the issues people are complaining about. Coffee stand with a unique twist. The twist is real fruit in your drank! I was a fan of the refreshing blast of Red Bull, syrup, and fruit. Triple berry was very sweet, but not overwhelmingly so with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Plenty of other fruit infused and coffee flavors. They are certainly not short on options. (You would need a math major to calculate all the combinations.) The staff was super friendly and appreciative of my business. The inside of the shop appeared to be incredibly clean. You will end up paying about $5 dollars for a fruit drink, but hey you are getting real fruit. It is a nice refreshing treat on a warm day! The shop is a bit off the grid on King street in Pasco. It is super convenient for travelers coming from or going towards Spokane or Pullman. read more

A little off the beaten path, but worth the trip. The coffee tastes great, but I'm not a 'black coffee' drinker. I would recommend this place again, and will be back again myself. Traveling with my two sisters at 9:00am, decided to give this place a try. A little puzzled by the location, basically in the parking lot of a transport company, surrounded by industrial buildings, but that's fine we're not gonna judge. However the adorable girl who took our order had to come back to the window and repeat it to us 3 times, then the 2nd adorable co-worker came and repeated it to us twice. Now, we didn't mention if we wanted hot or cold coffee, (we wanted hot) but she didn't ask either. We ordered 2 lattes and 1 SF vanilla latte with oat milk and cinnamon. Not super challenging. We also ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 croissant, ham and provolone and 1 bacon egg and cheese on a French toast bagel. They finally handed us our ice coffees and 3 very squished, over microwaved, chewy, hard croissant sandwiches. Remember, we didn't order 3 of the same sandwich. I gave them 2 stars because although we didn't really want ice coffees, the coffees were really good and the employees were adorable. read more

Friendly baristas who made great coffee. Nice new stand and two windows for easy service. We got three 24oz drinks for $13. Worth the drive out of the Tri-Cities, definitely recommend if you are on the way to Spokane. read more

Nice little out stop with good quality iced tea (already brewed and chilled ... I hate it when places brew and then ice down just a few minutes apart). Don't know if I'll even be back to that neck of the woods but if you're looking for a quick stop off the freeway with good coffees and teas this is the spot! read more

Very disappointed. My family and I drove twenty minutes after a hard day to get coffee from one of our favorite coffee shops. We ordered at the window at 5:50 pm yesterdat and the barista said we could not order coffee for they had already cleaned the espresso machine. This is unprofessional and not the customer service I was expecting. read more
