As much as I enjoy their coffee, the wait times are consistently horrible. This morning I went to get coffee at 7:40 AM and ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes with only three cars in front of me. By the time I received my order, there were at least seven cars behind me. All of the locations in the Tri-Cities seem to have long wait times. I love this Lifeline location in Kennewick! I visit it almost every day because Abby and Natalia are amazing. They truly make the best drinks in town! However, I had a disappointing experience this past weekend (5/31 and 6/1). Whoever was on shift didn't meet the usual standards. Unfortunately, my drink was made incorrectly on both days, and I was surprised to find that she kept my $5 in change without asking for a tip. I appreciate the hard work that goes into making these drinks, but a tip for a drink that wasn't right isn't something I expected. I hope this feedback helps, as I really do love coming here and would like to see it return to the excellent service I know and love! read more

The coffee is okay, there are better coffee shops in the area. The multiple times I've visited the Kennewick location, I've been charged various prices for the same drink (an americano with cream). There are days when I'm charged either $3, 4, or 5. If they weren't so inconsistent in their pricing, I would visit more often. Sometimes, I just don't know what price I'm going to pay. Super impressed with this small Pasco coffee shop. When I arrived there were about 3-4 other cars in front of me and I probably waited 15 min before I got to pull up to the window. A bit of a long wait, but makes sense given that there was only one barista working and a lot of the menu items are pretty intricate. The menu is super impressive. This isn't your typical coffee shop with regular flavorings. You can tell they put a lot of thought into crafting their drinks. They've got a lot of Mexican and Latinx inspired drinks on the menu. They also carry a variety of sugar free syrups and almond milk for those who are looking for something a bit healthier. Not sure what their "electrolyte" drinks are made of, but would probably be good for a hangover lol. I asked for a muffin, but they didn't have any, so I wouldn't count on this place for food. I ordered their most popular energy drink, the adrenaline and an almond milk latte with 3 pumps of sugar free Carmel. Both were really good and the adrenaline came with actual bits of fruit in it! Order came out to about ~$12 with a $2 tip (so about $10 without tip). Barista was friendly and informative. Overall a great experience. I would recommend to anyone looking to try a fun new drink and for anyone looking to support a local business. read more

I've been to this location 3 times this week and you guys are closed. I called earlier ahead of time to make sure you were open and the person who answered said yes. Every time I go if there's a car in front of me it can take a little while to get my drink but it's always worth it. I love their Mangonada and their iced ER breve. If you're willing to wait a couple minutes it's definitely worth it! read more

I went on a whim just because I wanted to try it out and wanted something different. I was confused at first as there is no actual sign that welcomes u to the drive up window, but I saw the store sign so I parked and walked in. It is connected to las palmas market & other businesses. The girl who helped me was very nice and she made my coffee fast. I guess the 24oz iced coffees come with 4 shots, she asked if that was ok... oh heck yeah!! I paid $5 for a 24oz specialty coffee and it did not disappoint. It was very flavorful & the 4 shots were perfect! I will definitely go again!! read more

Been there multiple times attempting to try the shift change since horchata is my favorite however they are always out of horchata. I don't think they should have things on the menu that contain ingredients that they don't always have. Very disappointing since I drove out of my way for it. Not worth going back. read more
