Kings Masterpiece is so talented and responsible. I have started a block wall that is a dry stacked block wall between two houses. I had one stretch of it finished but I didn't have a gutter installed that I was to have done. We had 4" of rain a month ago which blew out the wall in the middle. They were able to come in and repair the wall and add an arch wall that was not started yet and make the whole project look wonderful. I am so appreciative of the work, timeliness, and value that they provided me with. Melba and her crew Jofre, Custavo, and Antonio helped me out in a time of need. As good as it gets when it comes to deck reconstruction. My wife and I needed our deck to be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up at our condo in San Marcos. It was becoming a hazard. We attempted to call a few other deck/construction teams but none of them responded or moved past poorly time phone tag calls. Melba and her team were blazingly fast to respond, and just as fast to schedule. When scheduling issues came up, she worked with us to make sure the job was moved up in her crew's timeline as much as humanly possible. We hired King's Masterpiece to paint the exterior of our 4,000 square ft home. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the job is completed in a professional manner and most of all that the customer is happy.. Melba, the owner is a completely trustworthy woman. She personally oversees each project. She is a perfectionist and is on top of her workers to do excellent work. She treats them very well and pays them fair wages. Having said that, she may not be the lowball quote, however she will work with you on your budget and you will have piece of mind that you will NOT be getting inferior workmanship. I LOVE MY NEW FLOOR! Melba & her crew fit me in their already busy schedule to install flooring. But then the ceiling & walls looked awful so Melba tapped a painting crew who came at short notice & spent three days. To avoid the ceiling staining again she had them paint Kiltz first & then two more layers of paint. Melba was there every step of the way & very patient with me in my decisions of color. She worked late into the evening even though she had her family to go home & care for. I trusted her input & advice. She truly cares that you are happy with the end results. King's Masterpiece were great. We had a large 30' wide deck built directly behind our house. Melba and her team were very responsive and came out 3-4 times before we even signed the work contract to ensure everything was planned to my needs. The crew were serious experts in carpentry - with their efficient use of time and quality of work. Additionally they were able to quickly refer crews to help work some gutter work we needed beforehand and post-deck, a paint crew to stain and finish. Start to end was 7 working days. This company is amazing. We had them install laminate flooring throughout our whole house. They came in at 9 am. Removed all our furniture. Did the install. Returned all the furniture to original placement. Then swept and cleaned. Were done the same day and left at 8 pm. We are so pleased. There are no flaws with the installation.
