I regret making my daughter continue her lessons because after a few sessions, Emily made her cry and my daughter refused to return. She calls it being "strict." However, the goal for my daughter is not to become a professional pianist, but to enjoy piano. We found a better teacher and now my daughter is not only thriving but EXCITED to go to piano class. Maybe this is not everyone's experience with Emily but I feel like I should warn other parents because it almost cost my daughter her love for music.

Within a few hours, I received the shipping confirmation and tracking number for FedEx next day delivery which I really appreciated. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the quick responses and honest communication. My only suggestion is to send customers a quick email if an order is delayed. The lessons are a lot cheaper than I've found elsewhere and he teaches them right in front of you as well. I'd heard that some places pull them off into private rooms and I don't think I would stand for that. Here you get to listen to every lesson. It's not even been 10 months since my son started and he's already working multiple key changes in a single song and playing with both hands fluently. 100% recommend.
