Review is for North Winchester location. They forgot our boneless wings. When we mentioned it, they were very kind and made us new wings on the house BUT, they brought the wrong wings. But again, they fixed that and brought us the correct wings. That was the first problem, I will say, the owners were extremely kind and helpful to resolve that issue. Pizza: The pizza was the worst we've had in the area, I'm not trying to be funny but Chuck E. Cheese pizza is better, and the old Slices pizza was better. The crust was very thin, the taste was just bad, the pizza was just falling apart and very floppy. It was also cut very poorly. Fries were good. Maybe it was just a bad night however we don't plan on going back to that location. We ordered take out from them during their grand opening and we were very impressed! We got bone in mild wings, and they were very meaty and sauced compared to larger chains. We each got a personal calzone as well, and they were HUGE--enough for us to portion out about 4 portions each. Not to mention they were generously filled and delicious. Prices are getting crazy expensive. I ordered the ziti with meat sauce which is now $18.95. It's literally noodles, sauce, meat and cheese. Not to mention the delivery fee, non cash adjustment and tip. My husband even had to grab the food out of the drivers bag, not sure why it wasn't handed to him. He said the female driver mumbled something but there was a language barrier or he just didn't hear her. The ziti also taste different. I'm not sure if it's the sauce or meat. The meat taste like a cross between beef and sausage. It's hard to explain. My stomach isn't liking it, whatever it was. A very weird taste. Based on solely pizza it's ehh. I'm from NY/NJ and been craving a NY slice and was disappointed. Sauce was very sweet, the crust was great but the crisp at the bottom was non existent due to all these cheese on top. Cheese was too thick and gloppy, would bend the slice and break off. Pizza slice solely would be 6.5/10. Cleanliness is 10/10 Service is 10/10 Price was $20 for a 18" large which to me is outrageous. I would definitely try other things on the menu. read more

Don't trust them to get your order correct or to honor the "credit" they give you when you call to tell them they left off toppings you paid for. We got a large and added sausage and extra cheese, neither of which was on it. We got "credit" for next time. Well now we call to get that pizza and there's no credit to be found. For as much as you spend on a pizza, you should expect a company to get it right or honor the credit when they don't. Very disappointing and not acceptable! read more

I was hesitant to use their service as I always went to Kings Pizza next door. I had an opportunity to use their service through Grubhub so I gave them a shot. I got their Steak and Cheese sub, salad and wings. Just as good as Kings Pizza but their wings were so much better. Going through Grubhub a little pricy but that is for delivered service. The delivery service was spot on making the cost well worth it. One payment for food, tax, delivery fee and tip. When they arrive you just accept. I would give both a try as you will go back for more. Also, this is a viable choice for those not fully vaccinated and do not want to be around folks who are not wearing a mask. I can't give this place any less than 1 star unfortunately. No one wore a mask. All of the staff, 8-12 persons, DID NOT make an effort. No customers inside waiting were required to wear a mask. this place is amazing!!!! i really didnt know what to think when my friend Bob wanted to take me to get pizza as i am from san diego an east coast west coast pizza is not the same. this location was super clean. the wait staff was fast an friendly. now for the pizza: WOW it was fire!!!! i got a single slice of stuffed pizza. man oh man am i glad they cut that in half. it was a huge slice. an stuffed with ham, peperoni ,sausage, beef, cheese an sauce. i was ALMOST able to eat one half of my slice till i got to the end about 2 inches thick. this was a stomach buster. i was sooo full an did take my time eating it while there. while there , they had a steady stream of customers. they were quickly seated. it is a large venue tables are not cramped in close to one another. i used the bathroom it was also clean an smelled nice. 5 stars on all fronts. i had a lovely time. will be back as i am moving to west VA. read more
