Something was miscommunicated and they ended up booking other parties after me but I'm the one who was cancelled! On top of that they tried to put our poor waitress in the middle of it and by having her call me, instead of the managers calling me. This all 2 weeks before the event. When I tried to call them ALL the managers were in a meeting and said they'd call me back right away. Never received a phone call. Why didn't they cancel the other party that was booked after me, instead of me? Guess I'll never know and shame on them for hiding behind that poor girl! I won't be giving them my money and I certainly will make sure everyone I know doesn't either! Now I'm left scrambling to find a decent facility for a once in a lifetime event.
