I started my research on water filtration systems for wells and learned it's very different than ones for city water which my Pelican was made for, not the well it was on. I contacted the best of the best and got eye-popping crazy high prices and lots of water tests from all of them. Then Mr. Patterson came buy took a hard look at my current system, tested the water, and flexed his awesome knowledge on local well water "Brilliant!!!!" I learned two things that day. 1: Knowing the local water is a must and this guy has been here doing this for decades! 2: He explained the problem and how to fix it and guaranteed my satisfaction. He gave me a couple of options and then said this is the one I have in my home and it's the water my grandkids drink. Like reviews before me, if there is no thought of big money to be made up front don't waste your time by calling. I had a electrical, and a possible tank and motor issue. All I needed was a appointment for someone to come out and trouble shoot all my equipment and fix or replace what was needed. Simple and up front. Montana well drilling told me up front that it was $150.00 for a service call. OK, no problem. I did not flinch. ( maybe I was supposed to? ) I was asked by Montana well drilling to get all electrical fixed first. I did, no problem. Then I was asked to take photos of my equipment and text to Montana well drilling so they could see what equipment I had. OK, done no problem. I have the basic normal equipment. Long story short I was expecting a quick returned phone call for that appointment that never came. I called back and left a nice message, no call back. I texted a couple of times, no call or text back. This could have been good business, and a good future customer. But I was treated not good at all. So, I wanted to share this with all that are thinking about calling Montana well drilling. By the way. The company that came out quoted me $125.00 for a service call. When they completed the equipment check, AND water system check. They only charged me $50.00. And yes, they were professional and thorough.

Fixes ranged from replacing media to cleaning injectors, yet the problems came back over time. It wasn't until CFWT came out did we learn that due to the high concentration of sulphur and low concentration of iron, we needed a different type of media in the filtration system than the one installed. Alex, Andrew and Hunter did a great job of installing the correct components and completely resolve the issues. I can't recommend this team enough! Well done and thank you!

He knows his stuff and answered all of my questions regarding filtration media and how the system works. Even after a minor leak he was able to come back within a week and take care of the issue.
