Master bathroom water smells, we had nasty substance in our kitchen filter that he said he was "sending to warehouse" which he never did, and his attitude is the worst I've ever encountered for a group. Having moved to the Orlando area recently with my family, we slowly adapted to the environment within the first month, from the Florida heat to the I-4 traffic. However, one difficult change to adapt to was water. We've heard of hard water as an issue anywhere but didn't realize how critical it was here in the central Florida region. We began to see and feel changes in our hair and skin, but also concerning sore throats and to what one would call a seasonal cold. Even more, the most uncomfortable and unsettling discovery was the smell of the water, it was immediate from the sink faucet and in the shower. The scent itself was a deterrence to drinking or cooking with the water. With the lack of knowledge of the type of water our family was exposed to, we sought out water treatment businesses to test and improve our water quality. Throughout our search process, we spoke with different businesses that had a range of price points. A great salesperson is a great salesperson, so we had one company that will remain unnamed, stop by our home to test our water one evening and in that one visit, we were sold on their system for $8,000 and with a next-day installation. Andy came out to help diagnose my sulphur smelling water . I have a well and a treatment system with a softener which is at least 7 years old. He spent a great deal of time here testing all the water. Came to be my treatment system needed to be chlorinated to run thru the house to prevent the smelly hot water. He was thorough, professional and very nice. He did not push to sell me a new system but guided us to maintain the one we have for as long as we can.
