Great for that Chinese food craving when staying in the isolated cluster of LGA airport hotels. * Tumbleweeds rolling past. Ordered: Sweet and sour pork was so-so. The breading was too puffy around the pork pieces, more like chicken balls- but the sauce was tasty. Honey rib tips with bone. Chewy goodness! Singapore Chow Mei Fun. Yummy and filling. You get a free soda on orders over $10 but they won't say anything about it over the phone and will give you any soda, so specify your preference. Minimum order to your hotel $7. 5 stars for options when you're trapped and too lazy to venture out and explore!

We brokered a deal for a half order of wings. The lady looked at me like I was a food cop, then relented. We loved the wings. Try the wings. Of course, they make nice fries too, in case Popeye's spiced fries next doors are not for you. Which we also did. That's right, we snuck King's Taste fries into Popeye's. Then came back for wings because Popeye's didn't satisfy us.

Pros:quick and convenient delivery to our hotel .. 2 entrees & soup equals to $22 plus tip free soda Cons: shrimp with lobster sauce...more like lobster soup..also very bland Egg drop soup is bland We ordered crispy chicken with garlic...tasted like orange chicken and was not crispy at all

This is supposed to be Chicken Chow Mein

I am from Los Angeles and was told by the front desk associate was this was some good Chinese food. I ordered chicken chow Mein expecting noodles with chicken and veggies. What I got was chicken with veggies in a soup type of broth. I called the restaurant back and was screamed at and said what I received was considered chicken chow Mein. The man was rude and disrespectful. Terrible service and it's safe to say I will never order from there again!!!

Just bumped into this one walking 'round. I was impressed because the establishment was clean and they treated us kindly as well. The prices for the chinos (as we say in spanish) are always cheap to moderate and the wings are great.

The restaurant is a few blocks from the main street of Steinway so it'll take a bit of searching. Going inside, the area is rather abstract. Pink flower wallpaper on one end and dry wall on the other, it's kinda off-putting but I didn't come here for the atmosphere anyway. Service was lukewarm, I got my order in but the two workers inside weren't too receptive and the menu itself is kinda barebones with most of their food being a bit more than I would like to pay for so I just settled on one order of Singapore Mei Fun. After waiting 10 minutes for my food to arrive, the Singapore noodles which are usually spicy were kinda salty but it was nothing a bit of duck sauce wouldn't fix. This one order cost $17 while not the worst Singapore Mei Fun...well technically it is, even though it's not horrible but I've had much better from other places for a stable price of $12. Yeah, a rather disappointing visit. Not the worst I've ever had but could be so much better.

I got the wonton soup and pork juicy buns. The soup was different from other wonton soups with the addition of cilantro and some nice balancing flavors for the salt, and the juicy buns were your classic soup dumplings with a very nice rich sauce to dip in. The dandan noodles my friend ordered were maybe my favorite, they were the perfect level of spicy and so flavorful without being overwhelming. I'd go back just for my own plate of those. The service was quite fast, and it's a cute little shop that feels like a small town Chinese restaurant. Very reasonably priced as well. Some of my favorite Chinese food I've found outside of Lower Manhattan !

We went a second time because our first experience was so good that we wanted to try their other dishes, and now after the second time, we can't wait to return for a third. We definitely need to return with a bigger group the next time we go so that we can try more of their dishes! Our second time there, we had the "Night Market Chow Fun" and the "Chongqing Braised Beef." Both were excellent! Probably my favorite Chow fun now and the Chongqing braised beef was so tender and had all the szechuan tingly spices that open up your taste buds and sensories. We LOVED both dishes. It had the 3 chili pepper sign and the server warned us that it was very spicy, and IT WAS -- in all the good ways. May not be for the faint, though, so be careful. Not sure if they can adjust the spiciness. We enjoy their "film set" ambiance, giving it a cooler dining experience than your normal authentic casual space -- adds some flare for a date night or for friends. MUST RETURN FOR MORE!

It has a nice interior and I suspect may get busy during peak hours, although I was able to slip in at the bar just fine. I tried the Lucky Coin tofu. It was good! It was a bit spicy for my palate, though I'm glad I stuck with it. Be sure to order it with rice -- they initially served it without, and it definitely needs it.
