Good is they are quick and friendly. Tires are okay depends on your budget. Bad is I needed my tires balanced twice at kings and my steering wheel still had a vibration at 50 mph the faster I went the more it shook. I ended up getting the tire rebalanced elsewhere. These guys are great but I wish that they would fill your tires with recommended psi of manufacturers. For example, we have a 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid, it is supposed to be 35 psi but they filled it out to 45 psi. Overfilling is really bad for the tires. read more

This is the place you go to when you simply want cheap tires and do not care about your vehicle. I came here because, at the time, they had 5 star rating and were around the corner from me. They absolutely destroyed my wheels. While there, I noticed they only carried off-brand tires. They dropped my wheels on their face and scratched them. The tires machine gouged my rims, and the balancing machine chipped the center holes. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK BEING DONE. This is the cheap option, if you do not care about anything but price. They also over inflated my tires by about 20PSI. read more

Got my car up on a Jack immediately, inspected the tire that was causing my low tire pressure light to come on, and was able to examine and verify the nail. Presented me with serval options and I ended up going with a $75 option. Wasn't what I wanted to pay, but definitely cheaper than other options and the convenience alone made it worth it. Before coming to Kings some other tire place assured me they had what I needed before I came in for a flat, just in case it was beyond repair. When I arrived they said the flat was unrepairable, then explained they did not actually have what I needed after all and wanted me to wait two hours for it to arrive. Within a couple minutes Kings had patched the tire. No new one needed. No wait. I was in and out in under 10 minutes for a patch price. And everyone was great ti work with. Super nice. Before my accident I had several months ago I had a flat tire on my Toyota Gt-86. I decided to bring my car into their shop not knowing that they aren't an actual "GOOD" tire shop, and got 4 of my studs total completely stripped! As I tried getting new tires on all 4 wheels, the mechanic said they can't remove the wheels since whoever touched the tires last crossed the studs basically striping them down. Now I have to pay and extra amount of $$$ to not only buy new wheel studs, but also pay for the labor to have the stripped studs removed and the new ones replaced! I wouldn't never recommend going to this tire shop at all!! Before this happened to you I'd recommend going to another tire shop!! read more

Got all 4 tires changed to be safe driving in the rain especially having a newborn baby. When I got on the freeway, I noticed my steering wheel shaking. Came back a few days later to have them check if anything was wrong with the tires and the guy who helped me said whoever helped me before not only gave me bad tires but put them on wrong. When his boss came out, he told him the situation and instead of his boss apologizing for the inconvenience, he gave his employee the dirtiest look as if he knew I was given bad tires and he wasn't supposed to tell me. Please have your alignment and everything double checked cause this business does not give a fuck, they just want your money.
