I went to get an alignment done on my 2014 dodge ram bighorn. I was told 20 minutes and that I was next. I went and grabbed some tacos from right in front of the shop. Three cars pulled up and they did the work on their cars I asked them what's up with doing my truck and they said not today. I waited over an hour I could have got it done at another shop but they were right there at the time. They're extremely racist as well. Do not go here if you're white you'll be treated like trash. Due to a large nail in my tire I had to find a place quick, I didn't want to take a chance having an emergency on the highway. They took care of immediately after I pulled up. I needed a plug and the cost was reasonable. While waiting I discovered this Seafood place across the street. I ended getting my dinner there to take home. This was a home run for me. read more

I needed to get my brakes done and found out that this place was about 10 minutes away from my job. I called the day before and was able to get an appointment. Within 2 hours my brakes rotors and pads were done and I was back on the road. They were very professional and helpful and cheaper than what I would've paid elsewhere. read more

My son and I went to this shop because after getting new tires, the tire shop suggested Vallejo tires and wheels for a wheel alignment. They were quick and reasonable however, the quality of their work was quite poor. Once my son and I left the shop in two different cars, I thought I noticed something dangling from the bottom of the car. I received a call from my son stating the concern. We thought that the body clip fell out and so we went to purchase body clips to "fix the issue". Once we took a closer look, we realized there was a rip whin the material, where the body clip belongs. I went back to the tire shop and spoke to the "manager" and the refused all responsibility. He actual told me the rip came from the rain. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND PLEASE BE AWARE OF THERE LESS THAN SATISFACTORY WORK. They are kind, fast, and a great deal. I had an unexpected tire issue. (What tire issue isn't?) They were able to take my car right away and check the tires for damage and had my exact tire in stock and ready to replace. I spent 30 minutes and $120. Horrible. Here's the scoop. If you want to do business here beware. You will probably be scammed. What seems like an innocent alignment job turned into a 4-Hour tire rod replacement on both Wheels . I asked him about the back wheels because I know from experience of getting scammed and he said the back wheels were fine. When we were done he mentioned that he would charge me $450 which I originally didn't agree to but later on I agreed then after originally coming in there because driving over 65 makes my tires wobble on the freeway I still have the same problem. $450 later he tried to upsell me for $530 for a back alignment which he originally should have done and charged me the $39 that was quoted over the phone that's just a bait and switch rip off. I was ripped off I'm going to dispute with the bank and get my money back . I'm also going to write this review because I'm furious. Not only did I waste 4 hours in this hell hole , I wasted over $400 and the problem still not fixed. Do not go here it is highly unrecommended. Or take your chances , up to you. read more

I took my car here to have a slow leak patched on my back right tire. This only lasted maybe a couple of weeks before my tire started to lose air again. I went back to the shop where they told me it would take over an hour and a half to simply patch a tire. DO NOT GO HERE unless you have all day for them to play around. Be careful when having wheel service done to your vehicle there , the mechanics do a very bad job of caring for your rims they scratch your rims up badly when performing wheel so you will come back to buy new rims sooner than later . Called them 45 mins before i drove over to their store after calling about 5 or 6 other stores including Costco...their price for 4 tires, installation & balancing and got it done in less than an hour for $600! If there was an option for zero stars I will give it. When today to get tires for my Mercedes. I haggled on the price based on other prices I had seen. We lower the price and we proceed with the install. This process took about 30 mins which is what we expect. Once done, I went to pay. This is when he informed me that due to be haggling the price that I would not receive a warranty or lifetime repairs. Had he stated this prior to the deal I would not have proceeded. as soon as I noticed, I had a flat tire, I had to ask myself "should I take care of this or have someone else take care of this? " I knew around the corner, Vallejo tires and wheels would be fully equipped. As I drove in, there were no cars in the carports. the attendant asked me immediately how he could help. I asked if they sold tires. He said yes. My tires look good, all I needed was a fix. I really appreciated his assessment of what was really needed. After directing me to turn the wheel to reverse slowly, he identified the leak. Sprayed soapy water to hone in on the repair quickly repaired inflating tire. Took less than 10 minutes. It was affordable, Apple pay (so convenient!) and I was back on the road to work. I had to explain why I came into work earlier than expected due to having a flat tire. There needs to be a zero star option. On April 17th they"begrudgingly" patched a tire. It was a Saturday afternoon & they were the only local place available. After I got there my gut told me to pass on the place - I definitely should have. Their attitude was patronizing & they acted like I was putting them out plus there was no other work going on. Fast forward to today. Another flat tire - same tire! AAA did their thing & I took the tire to B & G Tires. (I wanted to go there in April but they are closed Saturday afternoons.) The patch is leaking & can't be replaced & they don't put a patch on a patch. I have to buy a brand new tire! BTW in February I had all of my tires replaced with new ones. This is definitely a place to stay away from. read more

I went in to get my tires rotated and they started jacking my car up with bits of wood under the pinch welds. I told them not to, but they didn't listen. Great service when you're paying. Awful service when you have a problem. I got 2 tires from here. One got a bubble within a month of use. As soon as I started telling him the problem his face totally changed. He started telling me it was my fault and that I probably hit a bump too hard. That is absolutely BS. In order for me to hit hard enough to create a bubble, I would most likely have to have bent the rim. I pointed out that if I had indeed hit a bump, the back wheel would also be affected (I got those from pepboys), which it was not. He then said the tires had no warranty anyway (I wish he would've said that when I bought them NEW). Finally, after back and forth, two visits, belligerence from whom I assume is the owner since he spoke like he was, he agreed to call for a warranty replacement. He said he'd let me know the next week. That was over 2 months ago. Needless to say, this experience has soured me on small tire shops. I'd rather pay more at a big chain because they will back up their work and product. If I could leave 0 stars to this awful shop, I would. read more

I am now at a more reputable car place ( B & G tires ) the manager Brian who was very nice and explained everything said he's been in business for many years and have never seen loose ball joints , he said it looks like they were tampered with , which is why i was having the symptoms i was having , because like i said in my previous review I've never had any issues with my ball joints until i took my car to Vallejo tires and wheels . Great last minute service!!! They had my annoyingly hard to find tire and installed in no time at all!!! Spent several hours calling around looking for a place both open and that had it in stock. I even drove out to one place only to be told they didn't when I got there, and that the person who assured me they had it hadn't looked....ughh... But thankfully I got my tire all fixed up and not driving on that 13year old donut spare tire afraid to hit a pot hole... Will definitely go back and recommend them! read more
