The great reviews posted about this business are well deserved. I had a blow out and limped into the Tires Direct parking lot on my spare. I knew I was within 5k miles of getting new tires. The gentleman who took care of me mentioned that I could get a few more miles out of the rear tires if I didn't want to replace all four. Great service, no hard sell tactics. I decided to replace all my tires with the same brand. Tires direct ordered them and was able to get them in the same day. They notified me the tires were in at 330P. All tires replaced, balanced and front-end alignment were done by 5p. I had to have the front-end alignment due to the blowout. Absolutely outstanding tire shop with the best wheel selection. I've seen anywhere in the Bay Area. Just needed an alignment for my wife's car and they had me in and out in less than an hour while I had a delicious Bud's burger from up the street while relaxing in their comfortable waiting room and watching the Saratoga Stakes on TV. I just needed one new tire, it was bald and former owner already had the other three tires switched out. I saw a bunch of people in a local town FB group recommended this place so I thought I'd check it out. New tire quote was VERY cheap, way cheaper than Costco options and the most common Benicia shop. On hindsight, the Goodyear tire I went with doesn't have the best ratings, but that's on me for not checking first. I didn't want to go with their lowest-end off-brand, but I should have looked that up too since it was even cheaper. Anyhow, they had me out the door in 30 minutes - quick/friendly service. I strongly advise against using this shop for Tesla wheel alignments. I had my alignment done here, and it was a complete failure. I ended up having to take my car to Tesla, where I paid $250 to have the job done right after these guys messed it up. While they charged $150, it's not worth the headache and extra expense. You're better off going straight to Tesla to ensure it's done correctly the first time. Also, be aware that they do not issue refunds, even when I offered to provide proof of my $250 payment for the correct alignment. Save yourself the trouble and choose Tesla from the start. Brought in a 2002 Toyota Camry XLE to get an alignment; when I received the car back, the lug nuts were super loose. I thought it was Tires Direct, but it was Costco; they showed me proof that they didn't touch the lug nuts, which surprised me. I've bought tires here before and was always satisfied. But this review is based on a simply tire repair done today. I swapped the flat with the spare so I could drive it there and leave it to be repaired when they had the chance to fit it in. But Alfonso at the front desk got a guy on it immediately and I no longer needed to wait till later to come back to have it repaired and remounted. Literally 20 minutes or less from arrival to departure. And all done with guys who have a good attitude. Of course we all shop around for good prices but a business where employees have good dispositions tip the scales on where I want to bring my business. So I had a weird problem where my rear tire keeps loosing air pressure every 2-3 days. One day I went to pump more air, and the entire tire valve popped out from the rubber stem. I never had that problem, but I shoved the valve back into the stem and called around to see who could fix it. That's when the service guy quoted me less than $20 to fix the valve. I brought my car in, and within minutes a middle eastern mechanic was already taking my tire off. 5 minutes later, my tire was fixed. Now my tire has no more leaks. I remembered that Tires Direct had replaced a leaking valve stem for me some time ago and for just $15! Frankly, I felt a little guilty as it was so cheap. Well, I went back and met with Sam to have him sort out my problem. He was very professional and figured out that my shocks were bad and I needed two new tires up front. He was not pushy and I felt comfortable with him.
