WARNING: I do NOT recommend this company or any of their related locations (Santa Rosa and Vallejo). I first went to their Santa Rosa shop for a repair, then was sent to their Vallejo location for warranty work. Both shops are clearly connected. In Vallejo, they already knew about my case. I showed them the invoice, but after hours of waiting, they told me they couldn't fix anything and sent me to another mechanic. They claimed they replaced parts, but I have serious doubts about the quality of the work. Another mechanic later spent hours removing the axle, which raises concerns about how the original repair was done. Very unprofessional, no responsibility taken, and no real solution offered. My girlfriend came here for wheel alignment & tires. The guys here took advantage of her & wrote whatever quote to charge her. The wheel alignment is leaning right when she's driving it now. They put a big tire on the back right which doesn't even fit the car. Don't come here, they won't fix the problem they made & they take advantage of Woman. Where do I even begin .. I had a credit from Progressive for $1600 so I used it on tires that were $150 a piece boom that's $600 my axel was broken boom another $100 then I told the guy running the shop to order my brakes boom another $350 at best I want to say at the dealership they told me $250 but let's stay focused that's $1050 this tire shop charged me basically $500 for labor to fix my axel and my brakes . Now where it got frustrating is my brakes were absolutely squeaking when I dropped the car off however when I picked it up the break light was now on and the brakes were soft . I had a whole other car issue last week so within the last couple days of coming here two different mechanics can vouch that the brakes weren't soft and there was no light on . I would have been happy with the guy just ordering the brakes and telling me he didn't know what he was doing instead of opening the line and causing the issues that were caused I paid them $500 in labor to basically have to pay someone else to fix the issue . read more

BEWARE of this tire shop! Looking for tires go to Solano tires maybe 2 minutes away from this place. Had my Tesla towed here which is a mistake on my end .. we all live and learn right =). Turns out I had 2 dented/cracked rims --- so they sold me on buying a new set of wheels .... black rims + tires. I told them to put on good year tires and they put on good trip tires, I'm not making this up ... I've never even heard of good trip tires haha. This little mishap right here is about a $500 dollar difference in a set of 4 tires. Deal we made was i'll get this put on my Tesla and we agreed to put it on my SUV in 1 week for free. I come back a week later and they charged me $300, wtf=). I don't usually like to write bad reviews like this but for this experience ... I just had to let my frustrations out. went in for second alignment after a few months I had got all 4 new tires and noticed car was steering off not long after the first time so I went back after 6 months for a new alignment which probably shouldn't be normal. then they told me I had to wait in office while they were doing alignment and some random customer was waliking all around my car looking at the computer for the alignment and said my car was done but drove off and still felt the same still steered off and I came back all they said was come back next week? that's horrible customer service I will never support this business they are scammers and half ass jobs they don't value you or your time. do not support this business save your money read more

I've been going to All Tire Service for a year now. They gave me a great price on a set of 4 tires for my Audi. Since then I've been back twice. They are always helpful, friendly and quick. I am out the door within half an hour. In comparison, another tire shop took an hour just to tell me that I needed new tire. I saw an add for this tire shop and decided to give them a try. I was quoted a decent price and decided to check this place out. I came in on a Saturday morning and asked did they have the tires. I was told that they would need to be ordered. I specifically asked for all terrain tires. The owner took me inside and ordered the set of tires. I asked when would they arrive and I was told to come back Monday. Monday, I showed up and it took almost an hour and a half to get the new set. I assume being a woman (by myself) they didn't feel the need to rush to my car. Three people who drove up after me was serviced before they even acknowledged me. They finally get to me and one of the guys says I need new rotors. I told him no I don't and that they were just done by the dealership. Which they were. Trying to scam me into getting new rotors annoyed me. I shook it off and stayed patient. Once done and really getting to drive my car on the road I noticed that my car wobbled and would slightly loose control over bumps. That's never happened. I also noticed that the tires were extremely loud. The next day I checked out the tires and low and behold I was sold the incorrect tires. I was sold Rough Terrain tires. That would explain why they are so noisy. Two they did not balance my tires correctly. The tool that the guy used could be the reason why I feel like the car is out of control. Went back and the employee was rude. I tried to solve it in a respectable manner but, unfortunately had to to raise my voice and use a few curse words. The employee kept getting close to me telling me to listen to him. Kept asking him to back up and he didn't. I told him I want my money back you have the tires. He yelled and asked why I didn't come back. I explained to him my time is valuable. The job should've been done right the first time. I shouldn't have to keep coming back. Two it's a safety issue. Wrong tires that aren't properly balanced can cause a accident or damage to my car. The employee called me a bitch and that's when I went off on everybody there. Even the guy that put the tires on. The owner began to curse at me again and even had the audacity to say I was wasting his time. The owner finally gave in and said he would give me back my money.
