I didn't have time to wait around for a tire, and saw the reviews. It is true! You're pretty much in and out in 5-10 min. They're friendly, honest, and had my tire waiting for me. I wish I could've gotten all my tires redone. The lobby is pretty much outside and I waited on a lawn chair next to a fire pit, with the staff. No the facility is not high tech and just pretty much jack the car up, and put on the tire. But the warranty for the tire is 45k, save for a nail. They also checked to make sure everything was good and were def not trying to make me pay more than I should. I highly recommend this place for fast, convenient, and friendly service. read more

In case you're wondering: it was a long nail that punctured through the opposite end so the pointy side was sticking out and it was just borderline on the side of the tire....almost couldn't salvage it but thank goodness they did! I was told they were 2 new back tires, but when I had to return to them after 3 weeks because one of them was having and one was riding bumpy, I was told they were used tires and no refunds. I told them they absolutely would be fixing my 3 week old tires. He tried to extort $50 from me to fix them. I said no. He agreed to "fix them" after a couple choice words. Well, one week later I'm at a different tire shop because the bumpy tire they FIXED was still bumpy and this company said it's a junk tire. So I'm paying for another tire because the scanners at Alfa sell women trash knowing we won't realize it until too late. Avoid at all costs if you're a woman or anybody who expects a decent product. I will be filing a complaint against them to get my refund. There's some many bumps in the tire it looks like a game of tic tac toe. Offering no refunds but selling you junk. read more

Not sure where to really start cause I thought they were really good at first. Just got back from the dealership to get my car checked and they let me know that my tires were not run-flats even though when I had requested my tires to be changed, I said that they needed to be run-flat. I really thought they had given me a good price for run-flats but knowing that they were just regular makes me realize that I got ripped off. Maybe there was a language barrier so i'll give them the benefit of the doubt but man... I just had to shell out a thousand dollars to get them all replaced... Plus all the tires were different brands?? I'm not sure where they're sourcing their tires from but that doesn't seem good. Not sure if I would recommend them to anyone. read more

These guys are awesome. Always there when I need them. Great for advice and a quick tire patch cause I really needed. It couldn't afford a new tire. It was within the legal limits they checked. My system said I had a flat and it was actually the sensor. Yeah they could've charged me for a new tire and I would've bought it but they told me they figured it was the sensor since it's a brand new car and to take it to the dealership and you know something they were right They are actually a very big plus for Vallejo. read more
