My kids have done MANY types of classes in the Kingston area, from dance to gymnastics to karate to soccer, and this place is my favorite of them all and my top priority to encourage my kids to stick with for the long haul. Coach Malachy manages that rare balance of fun and structure. My kids are learning real skills, but also growing in confidence, focus, resilience, and respect... while having fun. For adults, the classes are both challenging and supportive. I'm a pretty slow learner, but I've always felt welcome, have fun, and enjoy a community full of genuinely kind, down-to-earth people.
