I needed it to be attached firmly to the frame of the truck, not just to the sheet metal of the bed, which would not be strong enough to lift the generator without damaging the truck. Aaron responded promptly when called. He took his time trouble-shooting various possible solutions, and came up with a simple, inexpensive plan. He returned today and did the job in a couple of hours, including welding, and then stuck around and assisted me in load testing of the crane. Crane works and stows beautifully. SO, Aaron did not only did excellent work, but brainstormed with me for a solution unique to my circumstances. I spoke with Mike, who was very friendly and provided updates throughout the entire process. After explaining the situation, they took my car in without hesitation. They assessed the damage quickly and assured me it was no problem for them to fix, which gave me the confidence I needed that the car was in good hands. To top it off, they quoted me a price significantly lower than the other shops I contacted. The repairs took about a month due to backordered parts, but now my car looks good as new. I took my car to Matsenko Auto Shop for a routine alignment and ended up getting scammed out of $590. They used sweet words to lure me in. They told me everything about they have to do check and work on all sensors to make sure my car working perfectly. That why I agree let them repair my car. But they do notthing in my car just using their computer to clear codes then return car to me within 1 hours. When I looked into standard pricing later, I realized just how badly I had been taken advantage of. Charging over $500 for a basic alignment is completely unacceptable and dishonest. More than a week warning lights issues come back I did call let them know about that they ask me bring my car back to them for check it. When i bring my car to their shop they ask me pay the same prices 500$ more to do that again. And replace all suspension. Bad customer service. No professional with customer. Emily's Garage is one of the Seattle city-approved vehicle safety inspection mechanics.  They offer…read moreASE-certified TNC inspections, pre-buyer inspections, diagnostic services, and general car inspections.  They have three locations - Everett, Tacoma, and Burien. For the vehicle safety inspection, I didn't have to make an appointment.  It was fine to do a walk-in. When I visited Emily's Garage, there was a customer who was pretty upset with the repairs and the cost.  I was able to hear what the customer had to go through but I would not comment on that as I have limited information. From my experience of getting my vehicle inspected, I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the vehicle inspection.  It was done in less than 2 minutes, and I paid over $50 for that service.   For comparison, when I had my vehicle inspected at Les Schwab Tire Centers in Portland, they spent over 20 minutes to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and the cost for the inspection was only $20.   Will I re-visit Emily's Garage for the vehicle inspection?  Probably not but if the state requires me to get the vehicle inspection done, I will probably have no choice as there are not that many shops that offer the ASE-certified inspection.
