Well he got all the fixins with the rice and plantains and I only received the pasta that comes with no bread or sides. I tasted the oxtails and they were tasty and tender. My pasta was just pasta, I was hoping for maybe jerk seasoning but no. I did get a lotttttt for like two maybe three meals and they were generous with the shrimp that were a nice size. I didn't sit in and eat but the ambience seems nice. Parking is flicted. I would advise not parking in the main parking lot but the other for convenience. The main parking lot is one way in and one way out-it's a small lot. Very courteous young lady took my order and was pleasant when I picked up my order. I have ordered twice from this place and never gotten my food. The first time I placed an order to go on the phone and when I went to pick it up they said they were out of food. Why couldn't they just said that before I went? Second time I walked in and ordered an appetizer to go and went to the restroom. They told me it would be a 5 minute wait just to tell me they cancelled my order without even asking me because they didn't have the topping to garnish the dish. Both times the staff we rude, had horrible attitudes and were unprofessional. It honestly seems like they don't want to work and are too lazy to run their own business. I tried giving them a chance bc they're a relatively new and small place but the whole experience turned me off big time and I will never consider going here again. They also have 2nd Sundays where they have all you can eat brunch with a live band. Its $20 online and $25 at the door.
