    No Show - Unprofessional and Disappointing Service…read more We had a scheduled service within a confirmed time window, but no one showed up -- and we received no call or update. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn't even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer. We expected better coordination and accountability.

I contacted LG customer service, which referred me to a Mr. Appliance location out of town. That employee referred me to this location. I called and got right through, setting up an appointment for my preferred date and time. I was texted the day before with a time window for my estimate. Jacksen, the tech arrived at the predetermined time. He was quite friendly and explained that pulling the dent out probably would still leave a spot. He gave me the repair options and eventually quoted me a price for a new door. Still less than a new refrigerator...and frankly, I like mine so I want to keep it! He did mention due to shipping delays. It could take up to six weeks to receive the door. No problem, magnet went back on for a disguise In the meantime. I was contacted around 3 weeks later and my door had arrived! Jacksen came back with a partner to install. They were prompt and even cleaned up after themselves! I did have one minor issue with the divider between the two doors not closing correctly. I called the company once more and Jacksen came back to adjust. He took maybe ten minutes to fix the issue, and again was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use Mr. Appliance again (although I hope I don't need to for awhile)!

    Our furnace started over heating, smoke & a burning smell was coming out of our vents so I…read morescheduled an appointment with Choice Home Warranty. While we waited for an appointment my husband took the cover off & checked to see if the filter was dirty but it wasn't so he closed it then the blower started working fine. Then Sears showed up a few days later & noticed the limit switch was missing & had to order it & rescheduled to come back in 5 days. 15 minutes after he left the burning smell & smoke started coming back out the vents again setting off our smoke alarm. I immediately called the Tech Ottis to let him know & his response was he already closed the ticket & wasn't coming back until Friday. So we were without heat from Monday to Friday & had to use space heaters. I was not happy about it at all since the heat was working before he came but once he came back Friday morning he fixed it & we've had no problem. Ottis is very friendly & knowledgeable. Thank you for fixing our furnac.e.

I was told it would be in within 24 hours and they would be back in the morning. My appointment got moved, then got moved again, 5 days from now!? I called to cancel but they do not have any human customer service, only bots. So now I have to fight the $129 charge just for them coming out.....but I have no idea how to do that because I cannot actually speak to anyone.
