I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn't even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer. We expected better coordination and accountability.

I contacted LG customer service, which referred me to a Mr. Appliance location out of town. That employee referred me to this location. I called and got right through, setting up an appointment for my preferred date and time. I was texted the day before with a time window for my estimate. Jacksen, the tech arrived at the predetermined time. He was quite friendly and explained that pulling the dent out probably would still leave a spot. He gave me the repair options and eventually quoted me a price for a new door. Still less than a new refrigerator...and frankly, I like mine so I want to keep it! He did mention due to shipping delays. It could take up to six weeks to receive the door. No problem, magnet went back on for a disguise In the meantime. I was contacted around 3 weeks later and my door had arrived! Jacksen came back with a partner to install. They were prompt and even cleaned up after themselves! I did have one minor issue with the divider between the two doors not closing correctly. I called the company once more and Jacksen came back to adjust. He took maybe ten minutes to fix the issue, and again was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use Mr. Appliance again (although I hope I don't need to for awhile)!

I finally found Kevin and he was able to come out the following Monday (I called on a Friday afternoon). He cleaned the dryer vent, my lint trap, and even cleaned up all the lint from the laundry room floor! Then Sears showed up a few days later & noticed the limit switch was missing & had to order it & rescheduled to come back in 5 days. 15 minutes after he left the burning smell & smoke started coming back out the vents again setting off our smoke alarm. I immediately called the Tech Ottis to let him know & his response was he already closed the ticket & wasn't coming back until Friday. So we were without heat from Monday to Friday & had to use space heaters. Sigh. So to follow…read moreup on my previous review- when I went to pick up my machine miraculously they had diagnosed the issue (finally). I was told that I needed a new bobbin case and it would be $135 dollars to fix. I was then told my machine wasn't worth the repair in comparison to the cost. To give context to how ludicrous this advice was, my machine is less than three years old and still being sold on Amazon, and other major retailers, for almost $400 dollars. There is nothing else wrong with it. These people either intentionally sabotaged my repair- or they are incredibly incompetent. Either way- they are not professional!
