When I finally got through, I was told there was only one available appointment time, which I fortunately was able to make work. When I arrived, I felt rushed from the moment I checked in. I was taken straight to the chair without anyone clearly explaining the procedure or what to expect. I also asked for an invoice or treatment breakdown so I could understand exactly what I was paying for, but they wouldn't provide one. What made me most uncomfortable was being told they only had 40 minutes available for a procedure that was supposed to take about an hour. Combined with the rushed environment and the dismissive attitude I experienced from both the dentist and the staff, I no longer felt confident moving forward with my treatment. Because I was already anxious about going to the dentist, I decided to refuse the procedure. I wasn't expecting anyone to eliminate my anxiety, but I did expect clear communication and a little reassurance before spending a significant amount of money on dental work. Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable rather than cared for. & of course they'll try to save face under my review. But if I were the problem they wouldn't have sincerely apologized and offered to host me again Monday and provide a payment plan which I respectfully refused. After reading the owner's response, I feel it's important to clarify that my review is based entirely on my personal experience. I have no reason to misrepresent what happened. My concerns were not about the dental work itself, because I ultimately chose not to move forward with the procedure. My concerns were about the communication and overall experience. I spent weeks trying to reach the office, felt rushed during my appointment, wasn't given a clear breakdown of the treatment when I asked, and was told there wasn't enough time to complete a procedure that was expected to take longer. Combined with the way I was treated, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding and made the decision to leave. I'm simply sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I actually followed her from her old location and sure, it was a drive, but totally worth it for me. She is now inside a tattoo Parlour in eagle rock. This time around I came to get my teeth whitened which turned out really well in the end. I did it for 1hour, split into 3 20 minutes. My teeth do not experience any discomfort or pain during the session or even afterwards. So that's why I returned specifically to her for the whitening.
