When I get there, I'm ringing the doorbell. No one answers. I call the number on my confirmation and she says she completely forgot that she booked a 6 o'clock, and she's not going to be able to make it then she says let me call my assistant to see if she can make it. It'll take about 20 to 30 minutes, Am I willing to wait? I think she was expecting me to say no, but I drove two hours and 15 minutes so I said yes. She said let me call you back, her Assistant cannot make it and she's sorry. she did not offer to reschedule to give me a discount or anything. Gas for my car is almost $7 dollars a gallon, and to sit in traffic to get to an appointment and not be serviced. Is totally disrespectful. I can't even tell you how many cities I had to pass to get to this beauty lab, I live in Riverside, this is bad customer service, I'm in the customer service business. I provide exceptional customer service to my clients. Sometimes I think I'm too nice to people. I'm at such a peaceful place in my life that if I wasn't where I am today, I would've cussed her out over the phone. It's a shame people don't value their other people's time.
