He made a few recommendations after doing a review of my system. I must say I am very pleased with the results. He doesn't try to up-sell you or make a bunch of extra money on "parts". He had me buy all my own parts at Frye's, and he installed them for me. We did review my procedures to make sure I was doing back-ups properly and often enough., De-fragging and all that stuff.
