I needed help with transferring my data from one computer to another. I was referred to Regala Consulting from another current customer of their's. Technician Nathan came out and was very prompt, which is sooo important as a first impression and ALWAYS. He came to my home, with the necessary COVID protocol. He sat with me, as I am not that technology oriented, and made sure I understood everything that he was doing and that I was comfortable with what he was doing. My wife set up a service meeting with Mike for two different issues. The first issue was for her very old external hard drive and I got a virus on my laptop. Within an hour and a half Mike was able to debug my laptop and transfer all the data from the external hard drive. The greatest thing was the hard drive repair. We took the hard drive to two different repair companies and both said it was dead and all data is lost.
