We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. Our floor was torn up in a hallway/master bath & master bedroom due to a flood. We were looking for someone to pull up floor from the spare bedroom and use the pieces to patch the remaining parts that were damaged due to a flood. He arrived and talked through our options with us and got back to us in a reasonable time to schedule & get to work. We had a quote from another floor guy but we really liked Josh & his quote was great so we were in. The work itself took about a day a half and the patchwork was seamless. He was able to reuse many of the floor pieces to fix the main areas and we are now off to get the remaining bedroom carpeted. We woulda went with him for this as well but that was outside of his scope. Nevertheless the job was done below budget and quickly might I add. He also fixed a linen cabinet that had been removed due to the water damage. He was meticulous and thorough in cutting and replacing the baseboards as well. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Great work overall, with some caveats…read more Denis and his team performed excellent work installing new LaVie laminate flooring throughout our 1300 sq ft single story house, all at a very good price. It has been quite a few months now and I can't say I've noticed any issues at all with the quality of the installation. I personally was very impressed with how well they managed to get everything to-spec in-spite of our foundation being very non-flat. Rectifying this required a little more time and money, but this was well within our expectations given the existing state of our floor. We stayed in a hotel for four nights while work was being done, with work concluding close to midnight on the night we returned. Prior to install, we moved most of our belongings to our garage and let the installation team handle moving larger appliances and furniture pieces as they worked. That said, there were a few hiccups. The most alarming issue we noticed the morning after we returned home was the presence of work materials scattered throughout our front yard. In-addition to trim pieces and leftover chunks of floor leveler, the most concerning findings included about a half-dozen razor blades, a few reciprocal saw heads, and over a dozen cigarette butts. While Denis did offer to have his team return to perform clean-up after I raised this concern, I decided to act quickly on my own to resolve this in-order to prevent injury to my kids and/or neighbors' dogs. We have also noticed small locations of damage to interior paint, as well as some sort-of hard metal/saw residue on our guest bathroom toilet near one of the bolts where the toilet attaches to the floor. While some of the touch-up work, while annoying, won't be that difficult to fix ourselves, your mileage may vary and is something you have to take into account before approving work. As-of this writing, I have no clue if the toilet can be restored; it's mostly inconspicuous and not the end of the world, but still unfortunate. All things considered, I would consider using Radix Flooring again, but probably only after moving-out of or before moving-into a dwelling, and only after comparing quotes from flooring companies who offer detailed cleaning as part of their contract. I would also beware if you're fussy about your lawn. We fortunately aren't lawn aficionados, so there was no lasting damage from the debris, but the crew needs a work area on your property to cut material and it will be up to you to contend with the state of your manicured lawn after everything is complete.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. After visiting about five times, we…read morefinally purchased over $7,000 in flooring. We then returned and spent another $4,000 on carpeting for just one room and a closet, spending over $11,000 here in total. Before our flooring purchase, Trixie told us that unused, unopened boxes could be returned with a 25% restocking fee. The store came to our home twice and measured our floors, yet we ended up with two extra unopened boxes. When we tried to return one, Trixie told us for the first time that there was a five-box minimum and pointed to the contract. That may be what the contract says, but it is NOT what she represented to us when we made the purchase. Customers should be able to rely on what a salesperson tells them. But also, she stated that they try to overestimate the quantity as a favor to their customers by a few boxes. Why weren't we told this beforehand and if so, why didn't the over estimate by at least 5 boxes so there's an opportunity to return unused boxes. Seems to me like a scam to require their customer to buy a few more boxes than needed to line their pockets. What is especially disappointing is the complete lack of customer appreciation after spending over $11,000 here. We were actually planning to return and replace the carpeting throughout our entire second floor. After being treated this way, we will absolutely take that business elsewhere. They were sweet as pie when they wanted our money, but the customer service changed once they had it. We will not be returning. Take your business elsewhere, where your money and your patronage will be treated with appreciation and respect. BTW, Floor & Decor does not charge a restocking fee and has no minimum box requirement return, and they're just down the street.
