We met with Vlad to see samples and get an estimate on replacing our old flooring in our home. Vlad was great about answering our many questions! We chose laminate for our downstairs and replaced all the tile in our home with the same. We chose our carpeting and added that we were traveling and would need the job completed by 7/12. Both the laminate crew and carpet crew were respectful of our home and always professional. Bogdon was the lead on the laminating crew and was great on keeping us updated. They finished demolition and putting down our beautiful laminate in 3 days as promised! The carpet crew came on Sat and completed the upstairs in a day! We did have a hiccup when we ended up with flooring that didn't match the very small sample we had, nor did it match the picture on the manufacturers' website. Beware! The floor samples do not exactly match colors! But it's a very nice floor and Eric from Radix worked very hard with us to make sure we were happy. First, I wanted to have Luxury Vinyl Flooring for my bedroom and upstairs hallway all put in. I changed my mind several times. Just had whole house flooring installed last month. Went with Radix Flooring at 5140 Madison Avenue. Best decision we could have made. They went above and beyond our expectations. Wife wasn't sure on what color so when she narrowed it down to 2 choices they ordered a box of each and allowed her to place the planks thoughout and see the true color in our home.
