The pricing is reasonable, but sometimes the service is not so great. Am I right? But today the service was outstanding. The woman that helped me her name was Lola. I've seen her many times and the reason why she stands out because she's always so friendly. Well I got her register today. We had so much fun chatting while She rang up my items. She was helpful, professional and she went the extra mile to wrap all my glass pumpkins individually. The store looked fantastic. It was well organized. I will definitely be returning hopefully sooner than later because I love visiting HomeGoods, and Lola makes it so much more fun!!

Went it right at open to get a CO2 refill on my way to work. Ended up buying a spare CO2 tank as…read morewell. Service was friendly and quick. The clerk carried the full tank out to my car for me. Then I saw it... flat tire. I jacked up my car to put on the spare and it wouldn't fit in the front. Apparently, my spare only fits the back tires, so I went back in to ask to borrow another jack... which they did let me borrow without hesitation. Jacked up the back side and go to remove the tire... and the whole car nudges forward and falls off the jacks. This is totally my fault, since I was so flustered that I forgot to loosen the bolts before I got it up in the air. We all know it, but they are too polite to call me out. At this point I think I'm going to have to call out a professional, even though I don't have the funds for that. Then one of the guys who works there offers to go home and grab his really good jack, which he does. ....anyway, there's quite a bit more to this story, and they went even further than this, but the bottom line is that all three of the guys who worked there went way out of their way to make sure I got on the road again. THAT's customer service! Thank you guys! I don't have much money right now, but I'm bringing mead for you to enjoy when I get it bottled. Wassail!

When you first walk in, the store doesn't look that big, but there's tons of stuff there and the store has a back part, too, aside from where the customers are. The guys who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. It looks like FPS is a favorite of a lot of plumbing companies around town, as I've seen a lot of names (of local plumbing companies) on customer's shirts while we've been there. Oh, and if you need lots of receipts for whatever you're purchasing, they've got you covered. We get several copies. Lol. Support the local businesses first!

There are stools at the check-out counter and the store carries everything from plumbing, contractor supplies, copper, and everything else you can imagine for jobs big and small. This place is incredible: everything is stored in order. The store is neat and clean. David assisted me. The service is good. There's also a FULL showroom with sinks, tubs, toilets, vanities and fixtures from all the big names. It's extensive! This place wasn't easy to find, but I'm glad we found it.

She got back to me and didn't have everything we talked about right, when I called the store she was busy and I talked to someone else who gave me the right information, but told me she would have Angelia call me back, which never never did. So when I had to reach back out to her, I kept her know the information she provided wasn't right that I talked to someone else who was able to get me the right info but that because I was dealing with her that I would have to wait for her. She pretty much told me that the info she gave me was correct and if someone else is telling me something different that isnt true that I can just go work with them instead. I don't understand why she had to be so rude about it. I'm trying to get things figured out and getting the run around. I find that rude and disrespectful especially when I was nice the whole time. I'd rate her a -3 star if I could, only reason why I did 2 was for the company because I do shop a lot from the home store, and we spend a lot of money there. It's was ridiculous
