I've been using their services every 2 weeks for the last year and a half. Their covid protocols were sooo good. I love their color selection, the care they take with broken nails, the foor and hand massages as part of the mani/pedi experience, and LOVE their bathroom. I've had to stop in at least 3 times over the 18 months for emergencies where I have messed up my paint or broken a nail and they always work me in for a quick fix. When I questioned the application I was told it was because I didn't show them the picture I was using?!? A second tech tried to fix it, but it was so rushed, barely cured, and I still ended up with these because "my nails are too short for chrome." I've been getting chrome on my nails for years and never had an issue. Chrome should give shine, not sparkles, and they should educate their team on proper application. I gave them two stars since I had been looking for a salon with a large opi gel collection, and they do deliver there. It's also very pretty and clean inside. Unfortunately I'll have to keep looking since I get chrome often.
