Most importantly, they have an option on the menu called "Pay It Forward," and it's exactly as it sounds. You pay for a meal for someone less fortunate. My past has several moments where I could have used this, and being that (for once) I have a tiny bit of financial stability, I was more than happy to support this mission. "There's another reservation for your table in 10 minutes," we were told, despite there being more than six empty tables. We had just ordered a dessert to go, and what if we had planned to enjoy it there? It felt abrupt and unnecessary, especially after tipping well over 25%. Even with that experience, I will certainly return. The food is exceptional, and the chances of getting the same server again are slim. I just hope the staff learns not to rush customers paying such high prices, because an otherwise wonderful evening was marred by that moment.
