I was so disappointed and scrambling to find a shop that could deliver the same day! Alicia was so kind and responded to my needs. I explained the budget I had and the look I was going for. She sent me photos directly to my phone and the process was smooth and quick. She saved the day by delivering the flowers in time. The nice lady trying to help out the young woman said it was for ornaments, and she wasn't buying any and could see that the young lady was, so she just didn't want the coupon to go to waste. I have never witnessed anything so crazy at a store like this before. This location has always been problematic with the older guy who works there and/or owns the place being rude to both customers and employees alike, but we will be driving the extra distance to Hallmark in San Dimas from here on. I get to the store around 3:40pm and everyone in the store was nice but assumed the person I talked to put the item on hold. They checked multiple times and unfortunately the item was out of stock. This experience made me feel like the associate could have put the item on hold but didn't want to. I understand it was the last one in stock but I assured the associate I would buy it that day. It's just really upsetting since I wasted my time and gas just to come to this store.
