Their staff has never been anything other than courteous and professional with me- even when I'm a stressed out, double/triple checking, ball of Karen energy. Stephanie is beyond amazing. On top of this they are rarely out of a medication.. and if they are they order it and somehow get it SO QUICKLY. That is a plus when you're waiting on a medication for relief. When I call for a refill, even using the automated system- it is refilled so fast. This pharmacy is efficient on all levels. I'll never go anywhere else.

I got a notice that my order was ready , I went in waited till I was asked if I needed anything, I tell her my name and what I am picking up, She said just because you have a notice doesn't mean it is ready , I show her the notice and she take my phone and stares at it for 5 mins . After some more talking give me my items. The second time it was almost the same . I tell her I got a notice that my order was sent to the store she was like how do you know it was this store ?? I ask her if this is the store at this address 4540 , she doesn't respond. The customer behind me says yes this is the address for that store.. The cashier then says to me just because that is the address does not mean my order is ready.. I go I got the notice two days ago and this is a first time I had a chance to pick it up. Her reply was that doesn't it is still ready. After 5 more mins she than check the computer and hands over my items. I may just have to have my items sent to the other location from now on.

However, That was where the positives ended. This company is terrible because it forces employees out so that it can avoid paying unemployment or anything else that could happen when they fire someone. They have favoritism even if it means breaking the law, and the management did not take it seriously, or even do anything about it. Very toxic, and though they are LTC/customer centric and will do anything for them, not good for employees. TLDR: Coworkers made it fun to go to work, however, very toxic environment and favoritism all around. If you want to receive service go for it, just know that the employees are not treated as well as they deserve.

The only reason I keep coming back is because my ONE medication is so much cheaper here than anywhere else, but being a busy working, sports mom I just don't have the time for this crap. I'm done. I'd rather pay more and get my time and sanity back. Also - in sitting and waiting for my "billing adjustment" I've witnessed at least five people leave in near tears because of how ridiculous this place is. I truly feel for the people that work here, but they can't treat customers like they're just a bunch of idiots (one woman didn't speak English well and needed help understanding the bill, an elderly woman couldn't hear and basically got angrily shouted at, etc...) it's not ok.

I had a package there that was cut open, items removed, and then covered with black tape. I post this mainly as a caution to anyone else who may use this as an Amazon drop off location. Amazon will refund you however, it's a hassle and they probably keep track of how many times you request refunds. Pic of the tampered box included. The store and staff are a solid 5 stars, just be cautious and look at your packages carefully if you use this drop box.

Most only carry "appliances" like walkers, chairs, canes etc. One store gave me a list of medical supply stores and the last one I tried was MyMedSupplies To my relief, they had exactly what is needed to maintain my wife's surgical wound. The lady who helped me knew what I was talking about and helped me pick the item needed. Like MacArthur - I will return!
