Really bad customer service. Just about everyone there seems like their dog just died. They act…read morelike you are troubling them when you ask for anything. The doctors are decent, they miss things here and there, but overall okay. Seeing as how your experience with the doctor is about 10% of the time there, the general staff really needs to work on their attitudes. They also close down the whole place from 12 to 1 for lunch. Who does that anymore? They have at least over fifty people working there. There is no reason they can't work shifts out differently. I've gone there most of my life and still haven't developed a relationship with any of the staff aside from my doctor. They're just far too unpleasant. I know I sound like a bitter person that is just trying to get what vengeance I can on them for some stupid reason, but I assure you that's not the case. Go there for yourself and you will experience it as well.

She takes her time to explain…read moreeverything to us in detail about our kids and really helps us understand how we can help them when needed. She is an excellent doctor. I also see Dr. Gauthier (not sure on spelling) and he has always made me feel welcome. Sometimes I feel foolish for reasons on why I go in but he always addresses my concern and makes me feel important! I love this office and will continue to go here as long as I can :)

They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and never make you feel rushed. It's clear they're committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. The office staff is also professional, kind, and efficient. We're grateful to have such a reliable and compassionate team caring for our family. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Mukhtar Nandra for a prescription refill for my son, this was my first time seeing this…read moredoctor. The previous appointment was with a female doctor and she was amazing. This doctor, however, was short and not very friendly. I asked for him to sign a school medication form so the nurse would be allowed to administer medication to my son, he refused. He insisted it wasnt necessary and I shouldnt forget his medication in the morning - I should never forget. I felt attacked, its like I was asking for something outrageous to be signed. He reluctantly filled out the form but not without murmuring sounds of annoyance.
