It was lively, though I did find the music to be a little too loud for my preference. That said, the DJ kept the energy up and played a great selection all night. For dinner, I ordered the pan-seared salmon along with a cocktail (I can't recall the name, but it was excellent). The salmon was flavorful, though I personally would've preferred it cooked a bit longer. Still, it was enjoyable. Would I return? First I want to say my waitress Jasmine was amazing, she deserves 5 stars. The reason for my one star rating is because of everything else that occured during my meal here. I made a reservation for 2 at 615PM. I was there on time, and the restaurant was empty, so I requested a booth. Or a booth by the bar. The hostess completely ignored me, and sat me at a 5 person table in the back corner. I then watched other parties of 2 get seated at booths or by the bar. This place was....interesting. I'll admit, I'm no patron of karaoke lounges, but I still feel qualified to critique this place. Just kidding. I'll just tell you about my experience. We got there kind of early on a Friday night and it was completely empty except for employees playing a game in a corner. The decor is very pretty, modern, lots of red and silver. TV screens everywhere. Nice little private booths. A guy named Gilbert explained everything to us and gave us an iPad to control the music. He said if there was anything we wanted and he didn't have it, he would download it. Very friendly and accommodating. The drinks were not very good and the bartender (also Gilbert) didn't seem to know much about bar tending. We stayed for a couple of hours and it was dead pretty much the whole time. At one point a small group came in, had a drink, and then left. The emptiness struck me as...odd. Either this place is going to go out of business soon or it does a booming business every night but Friday....? Or it's a front for some sort of illicit business in the back....? Pretty good bottle deals. Prebook bottles for better price. So I went to the soft open.. was some issues, but I can see this place having some awesome potential. The management team are really hospitable. Design inside is very loungy and really nice. Even has 2 poles for gogo dancers or tipsy crazy girls/guys. Enjoy at your own peril. Neat system for queuing songs, but could use a little polishing. You can still go up to the DJ and ask for songs though. Plenty of parking. Food has lots of potential though it's not like a full restaurant, so don't expect like a full blown menu. The dishes I had need some tweaking, but remember, it was a soft open so that was the purpose of the night. It was to find out what they needed to tweak and then have a grand opening where everything is super awesome. So far, it's a nice option from the normal karaoke places everyone else goes to. I brought in birthday cupcakes in the shape of 23 and when we ask them to bring them out they only brought out a few instead just bringing them out the pallet the bakery had them on, which then in turn ruined the design. Like if I just wanted a few cupcakes, I would have ordered it that way. I did not ask for it to be brought out like that, nor was I given the option. Now to the rest of the experience, the food was salty, service left something to be desired and our waitress was okay but no one wants to be served by someone who has there boobs basically hanging out of their shirt (not is a good way). Additionally, they do not do allow substitutions, which I find extremely odd and lazy. If a guest does not eat and/or is allergic to something, why on earth is it a hassle for a substitution. I visited on 8/15/2021. The location was easy access and departure, parking was well lit, and provided for safe entry. The interior was dark and definitely had a club vibe; i sat at a table near the bar and the outside door. The waitress was totally professional and very proficient in her duties, actually without her great attitude and helpfulness i would have rated this place a 2. I ordered the Jerk ribs, it was pricey and had a nice plate presentation, it was full of fat, and tough meat, so tuff in fact i asked for a steak knife to cut meat off the bone. I really was disappointed, but after hearing others brag about the ribs i was really looking forward to them. The mash potatoes were actually really good, but for the price i expected better tasting meat. The desert was a brownie with ice cream, it was hard as a rock and extremely dry. The bar did fix a pretty good margarita, so no complaints there. For two people with a couple of drinks and dinner the bill was $183.00. The waitress tip was included in the bill and was calculated into the bill when presented to you gor payment. So overall it was just okay for me. read more

I'll be keeping my eye on this place. We stopped in on Saturday night, and it wasn't too busy due to the cold and rain, I hope. The interior was gorgeous, great strobe lights, seating and audio. I will mention that our group were the only non-asians in the place, but we still felt welcome. The only thing I was bummed about was that no one was singing. Everyone was just sitting and chatting like a regular lounge. I certainly wasn't going to interrupt the mood and just bust out a song!
