Absolute scam. I go down to Florida for conferences three to four times a year, which allows me to go to Disney. With most conferences, they offer discounted tickets for attractions in the area. Being a Disney adult, I know not to trust anyone other then Disney. Since this would be my third conference in Orlando this year, I thought I would try buying discounted tickets. Huge mistake. After hearing stories from other coworkers about their identities to be "validated", I ordered my tickets through the conference website, which they used a third party, Kissimmee Guest Services, first red flag. Then they proceeded to make you send in a photo of your drivers license and the credit card you paid with, second HUGE red flag, why do you need to confirm my identity for Disney tickets. So now not only do they have my credit card info, now they have a photo id of me. My identity could not be validated, so I had to option to either cancel or go pick up the tickets in their office. Not everyone has a car when traveling or the time to take out of their day. When ordering, there was no indication of your identity needing to be validated in order to receive they tickets. I got scammed. Lesson learned. The most trusted place to order Disney tickets is obviously direct through Disney, if you are needing to book with a discounted website, I spoke directly to Undercovertourist.com and they were upfront with their requirements (no ID photos) and tickets were emailed directly to me in minutes. read more

Might even give no stars if I could! KGS publishes a "low price guarantee" with assurances that they will meet or beat any other authorized ticket seller. Their website boasts that promise in a video and in writing, and they offer to refund the difference even if you've used the ticket already! Sounds great, right? The only problem is that when presented with proof of a lower price they refuse to honor their guarantee. I spent almost $1,600 in attraction tickets and found a deal that would have been $87 cheaper but they flat out ignored the tenets of their own guarantee and refuse to honor it. Save yourself the grief and buy from a more reputable dealer. read more

I booked a vacation rental home and the property manager sold me on purchase discount tickets from KGS at a discounted cost for the Disney Theme Parks. I even received a code to use or reference for the discount. I got to KGS and there was no discount or special perks. I paid the same cost for a base two day ticket as I would have at the gate. The only thing that was helpful was the CSR at KGS was helpful in explaining the different parks for 1st time visitors with children. I called to confirm and was told, yes they do charge the same price, but the benefit of using KGS is avoiding the lines at the gate :/ Next time I'll scout for discounts a little better. read more

We ordered Universal tickets through my sisters company website and picked them up at Kissimmee guest services. When we got to the park we had to wait two hours to get into the park because Kissimmee Guest Services gave us old tickets dated 2012 and they were not compatible with Universals database. So instead of Kissimmee guest services updating the tickets they have the customers wait and do the dirty work for them. When we confronted Kissimmee guest service they did not care blamed it on Universal. We will never use them again to buy tickets and will let the company know about our experience. read more

I recently purchased tickets for a family vacay to WDW. Luckily, my daughter's admission is free since she's under 3. WDW is no joke! You can go crazy trying to find any type of deals or discounts. There are just no short cuts. WDW continually increase the pricing for admission each year. One major fall back is they recently discontinued their "no expiration date" ticket option. This means, you can no longer purchase that option and try to save any unused days and use for a future trip. Nor, can you purchase this option in hopes of locking in the rate for any increased pricing. Any new tickets with any options purchased will expire 14 days after the first use. The best economical plan is to go with an Annual Pass or plan to go for 7+ vacay. The more days you go, the cheaper the rate. In comparison; to other discount tickets, kgs tickets is your best bet. I purchased the 4-day admission with free shipping. Tip: if you plan on using the free shipping code, follow up by calling customer service. I received an email after my order was paid and confirmed that they were unable to "verify" my address. The tickets were now noted for pick-up on the day of my arrival to Kissimmee. I immediately got in touch with customer service. I had no time to waste. Keep in mind- WDW also comes with a Fastpass+ feature that allows Disney resort guests to register for rides up to 60 days in advance. For non-Disney resort guests, it's 30 days. This means pick-up is non-negotiable for me. Their customer service rep claim they were not able to "verify" my address on their system nor did it match the billing address. Funny thing is they were able to charge the tickets with no problem. They then request a billing statement with the same exact address that they had on their file. I sent them the email. And, to my surprise, it was shipped 2-day priority mail. I did not expect to have the tickets shipped that quick but I'm so glad, I got it right away. Their customer service is definitely top-notch. And since they have the best rates, I'll def go with them for WDW tix or future trips. The only reason I'm not giving 4 stars is for the hassle of phone call & email to get the shipping issue resolved. read more

These guys are terrible. We bought some tickets that seemed to be a good deal to a local show but found that they have no capability to provide E-Tickets. You have to physically pick up your tickets from their offices -this is an online purchase after all. When we called and simply asked if that service or anything similar was available they became very hostile and downright mean. We were shocked. We ended up buying the same tickets for the same price from another online retailer and printed it out. With so many options I highly suggest smart vacationers look elsewhere. read more

Very mixed experiences with this company. Yes the ticket prices are good and the ones we actually received were fine. However some tickets were missing when we checked and we have had ongoing problems sorting this issue and the company have fobbed us off, misled the bank and been abusive during telephone calls, not a good experience at all. read more

Don't Buy your tickets here, they've ripped me off! I paid more for my tickets then on the entrace of the parcs. They didn't inform me about openinghours of the shops and attractions at Seaworld. They sell you a ticket on the phone, but don't tell you that is only for weekdays, but you have to pay as much as on weekendays. They didn't inform me about the minimum lenght you must have to be admitted at some attractions. When i went to complain and asked for a refund, they called the police on me! So take my advice and don't buy your tickets at KGS, they are rude, call the police on you if you complain and overcharge you. It is a scam, believe me. Kissimmee guest services has been difficult from the very beginning. We ordered numerous tickets for our week long vacation with 8 people. We didn't receive our tickets when promised and we were told that our information was lost in the system, tickets would be expressed with "something extra". Our tickets arrived barely in time for vacation with nothing extra in the package. When we tried to use tickets at one of the locations, we were told our ticket was not valid and it was a ticket that had been resold to us. After arguing with the security to get in, we called guest services and they pushed the blame back on the space center, stating they do not resale tickets and "that we needed to keep in mind those people make minimum wage". There was no apology made on the part of Kissimmee guest services but rather they played the blame game. For the amount of money we spent on tickets, and the lack of customer service received, we will not be using this service again. The "manager" has a lack of professionalism and customer service ability. Out of all the travel services we have used, this is by far the worst! read more
