Thank you so much Constance. This service has helped us out this trip so much! Not only was this very convenient for our situation but your customer service was EVERYTHING. We left feeling happy & blessed. Even my 9 year old said, "she's so nice mommy, I wish she were my teacher." Lol. Thanks again for being here when we needed your services. We appreciate you and Hold My Luggage .

This morning my daughter and I arrived off the cruise ship and our flight wasn't leaving from Orlando MCO until 9pm. Luckily, I checked with the Hyatt and they referred me to this company. I called and they arrived in 10 mins to retrieve my luggage and store it while I left the airport to explore. The driver and his wife were very courteous and brought our luggage back in a timely manner. Their services were a blessing because my daughter and I was able to spend the day at Universal CityWalk instead of being stuck in the airport for 11 hours. I would highly recommend this company. They are a small owned business with EXCELLENT service!

I recently had flights from Orlando to Milwaukee and headed to Milwaukee I did not encounter one pleasant employee. From the bag check to the flight attendants everyone had an attitude. At the gate they stopped boarding the flight until more people went to check their bag. They kept yelling at everyone that there was not enough space for your bag. I also had upgraded my seat to an emergency row and still somehow ended up in the last boarding group. I was literally the 5th to last person to board the plane. With the upgraded seats, I did not have extra leg room as I was told and the seats were very small, apparently we had an old plane. However, you do get alcohol if you want for free, (I did not know this until she never came back to charge me), and later learned. You also get upgraded snacks and reserved overhead bins. When I tried to order the flight attendant kept making me repeat myself and eventually rolled her eyes at me. It was definitely not what I expected from them. On the flight home, we were going to miss our connection and upgraded our seats to be closer to the front. They seemed to not know what to do with a wheelchair and ultimately boarded up over an hour late. On the second flight, we did not have enough transfer time to use the restroom, so by the time they came through with snacks, I did ask about the seatbelt sign and needing to use the restroom. I was told, "the pilot will not be turning it off". So I asked again could I not use the bathroom? And was then told, "I'm not going to stop you". It was just very strange when I was trying to follow the rules. They also closed the door knowing there were still people transferring and on their way. I thought that was terrible. Overall, I do think the service has gone down. the price is not the cheapest anymore and you have to pay for checked bags which used to be their draw. Increased prices, paying for checked bags and rude customer service. Not the best. I have another flight in October so I am curious to see if I had off days with them.

Well, I recently had the opportunity to actually put it to use. I couldn't get a flight out of Orlando, so instead of stressing, I decided to take Brightline from Orlando to West Palm Beach, where I was able to catch a flight. And I'm so glad I did! I upgraded to Premium, which included drinks, a meal, and snacks. Definitely worth the upgrade! The seats were comfortable with more than enough legroom, tray tables for dining, and reclining seats. The train itself was clean, the ride was incredibly smooth, and we arrived in a timely manner. The onboard service was wonderful! The attendant was very friendly and came around offering drinks, snacks, and lunch. I enjoyed a Bloody Mary with a tin of sour cream chips, and for lunch I had the chicken and corn pasta, which was pretty good. Overall, this turned what could have been a frustrating travel day into a comfortable and relaxing experience. Couldn't get a flight? Brightline to the rescue! I would absolutely ride Brightline again, and Premium is the way to go!

All lots full except South economy. 15-minute wait for the shuttle, 30-minute ride to the station. That consumed the entire recommended arrival buffer before we ever reached the platform. At the station, the manager on duty declined to assist and told me to call a number listed on the website -- the website lists no phone number. I found the Orlando general manager's line myself. He told me roughly 10% of passengers miss trains due to oversleeping, suggested I wasn't being honest, and ended the call. The train service itself may be fine. The ground operation at Orlando and the customer service behind it are not. If you go, plan for 90 minutes and expect no help if the shuttle fails you.

Looking back, I should've taken Frontier as an omen…read more This trip was for my aunt's birthday cruise aboard Norwegian Prima, and somehow the vacation started unraveling before I even made it to Orlando. I'll be transparent: I was late to my original flight. That part is true. It wasn't because I overslept or mismanaged my time, but because someone else's delay caused us to arrive later than planned. I'm not asking Frontier to ignore their policies or hold an airplane for me. What I am asking for is consistency. Instead, I got conflicting information from nearly every person I spoke with. The Frontier ticket counter told me one thing. The customer service phone agents told me something else. Another customer service representative contradicted the previous one. Then I'd finally make it back to the front of the line, only to be told something completely different again. At one point, I literally made the desk agent read every note from my previous phone conversations because somewhere between the call center and the airport counter, the message kept getting lost in translation. I wasn't even able to have the phone representative speak directly with the desk agent, so I became the middleman, bouncing back and forth between the counter and customer service like I was negotiating an international peace treaty instead of trying to catch a flight to Orlando. The most frustrating part involved checked baggage. We had an email stating one deadline. The airport staff cited another. We were told checked bags had to be there by a certain cutoff, despite us arriving within what we believed was the required window based on Frontier's own communication. By the time we reached the counter, we were simply told the window had already closed. Maybe that's the policy. Fine. But if that's the policy, then every Frontier employee should be explaining the same policy the same way. That wasn't happening. In the end, there were no exceptions. No flexibility. No meaningful attempt to help. Just a $261 one-way rebooking fee to move me from my original noon-ish departure to an evening flight around 7:30 p.m. So instead of starting my vacation, I got to spend most of the day sitting in Detroit Metro Airport. The irony? I paid for TSA PreCheck, and by the time all this unfolded, it didn't even matter. I breezed through security only to spend the next several hours sitting in the terminal wondering why I'd bothered paying for expedited screening in the first place. To make matters even more interesting, we later found out someone else in our travel group, traveling separately, also experienced issues with Frontier that delayed them until later in the day. Maybe it was bad luck. Maybe that's just how Frontier operates. Either way, it didn't inspire confidence. The actual flight itself was...fine. It got me to Orlando safely, and I'll gladly give credit where it's due. Once I was finally on the plane, there wasn't much to complain about. The problem wasn't the flying. The problem was everything required to get onto the airplane. Frontier seems to operate under the same à la carte philosophy as Norwegian Cruise Line: charge separately for everything while making the rules feel like they're changing depending on which employee you ask. Policies are policies. I understand that. But inconsistent communication is not a policy, it's a customer service failure. If you're going to tell customers "no," at least have everyone telling them the same "no." Unfortunately, because this was a round-trip ticket, I still have to fly Frontier home unless I want to eat the cost and book another airline. But once this trip is over, I can confidently say this: If Frontier is my only option in the future, it had better be because every other airline has disappeared from the departure board. Otherwise, I'll happily pay more to avoid repeating this experience. By the time I finally landed in Orlando, I thought the hard part of my vacation was behind me. Little did I know, Frontier was just the opening act. Norwegian, Lyft, and Local Rides were waiting to headline the rest of the week. As I'm writing this review, I literally just checked in for my return flight and paid to upgrade my seat. Why? Because after this week, I'm going to be comfortable going home after all this bullsh!t. Frontier already got another few dollars out of me, but at least this time I know exactly what I'm paying for. If the seat reclines and lands in Detroit, it'll probably end up being the best value purchase of my entire vacation.
