I was in Kiss Prom today with my twin daughters. We had a great experience. There were a lot of dresses to choose from and the sales girls were super helpful. It was busy but we were able to quickly get a dressing room and try on the dresses. I am really glad that we went in because the dresses my girls liked best were not the ones they thought they wanted when they looked online. One dress we bought on the spot and the other we ordered to be delivered. Both were very reasonable and not expensive. One actually was under a hundred dollars and you would never know it. Went last Friday. They close at 5:30 and we got there maybe like 30 or 25 min before that. As soon as we walked in one of the ladies told me they were closing soon so I wouldn't be able to see the bridal dresses. She would have to bring out the dress I was interested in to me. I tried on 2 but they didn't have the one I wanted in my size. She told me we could order it and get expedited shipping for $50. That's a crazy fee because she couldn't even tell me how quick I would get it. For $50 I'm expecting overnight shipping. It wasn't until they actually shipped it that I saw it said 3-day shipping. While we're placing the order in store, and they are rushing me because they're closing, they tell me I could get $10 off if I leave a review on Trustpilot. So I did and at that time I just wrote whatever because I felt so rushed and gave them 5 stars out of pressure. They also said if I return the dress there will be a 15% restocking fee. I finally got my dress yesterday and it's so frustrating. A dress that I paid almost $300 for came in a severely damaged box. As soon as I take the dress out of the bag I see it's not even nicely packaged. The dress was inside out, there's a makeup or tanning spray stain on the upper left side on the outside, which is noticeable. There was hair on the dress and a stain on the inside as well. I also, just found one more stain on the bottom back of the dress. I emailed them around 9am this morning and provided pictures. Guess what! It's now 11: 28 am the next day and never received a reply from them. I don't think I would go back. And definitely would NOT order from here again. It seems like the dress they sent me was a return and they didn't even open to check whether it was in good condition and package it properly. If you do want to buy a dress from here, only do so if you go to the store and try it on and they have your size. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! Also, while I was in the store I noticed there were a few dresses that were stained. Make sure you check the dress before you try it on & before purchasing it! read more

Prices are reasonable if their customer service and Quality of dresses were good. Cheap material, worst return experience. I got 4 dresses returned all without even trying, as material was not good. They did not return all money. Took away shipping restocking, etc. They never mentioned all that before. Later said they had policy change. Seems like scammers. read more

We drove over an hour on a rainy day to the Corona location with three teenage girls excited to shop for homecoming. We came prepared to purchase four dresses including a formal dress for my daughter's homecoming court and another for the following day. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. We felt rushed and unwelcome, and employees seemed more willing to tell us what they couldn't do than actually help us find similar styles. With their exchange policy and restocking fee, we simply wanted some guidance to make sure we purchased the right dresses. Four dress sales may not mean much to the company, but this experience meant a lot to our girls. What should have been a fun and memorable shopping day left us feeling like we were an inconvenience. Ordered dress Sept 11th. Was told for expedited shipping would arrive Sept 26th but would be $70. I paid $35 for 3-5 day shipping since my event wasn't until Oct 3. I just got an email 9/23 saying it was still in production and wouldn't be done until mid October. This is a simple hoco dress. If they are taking 30 days to produce dresses they need to communicate that. read more

Avoid this store at all costs unless you want a major headache . I am not sure how this place stays open for business. If anything goes slightly wrong with your order (like the wrong color shows up which is what happened in our case), they will never pick up their phone or respond via email (only automated replies that do not address any issues). You will have to drive in person to their Corona store, and they have a few young girls there and I have never seen a manager or someone who can resolve the issue. Nobody calls back or emails back to resolve an issue/concern. Right now they have $550 or so in charges on my credit card and owe a credit of around $400 including a $180 dress on their counter that a manager was supposed to call me back for 3 days ago for. Tried calling again today for the 3rd time, and mailbox is now full. I've read multiple reviews saying they believe after you call a certain number of times they block you. I have called, left voicemails, emailed multiple times - nothing. I will have to dispute the charges on my credit card now. Situation: We initially drove out to Corona (an hour away) to the store to try on dresses for my daughter's prom . In most cases you can only try their sample dresses on and then have to order online in your size/color you want unless it's a final sale dress. We tried on a dress in store that was pink and my daughter liked the dress but not the color. They had the same dress she did like labeled "Champagne" as the color. We went online while in store and ordered the Champagne color based on that sample. Online it looked light yellowish but sometimes colors online are different in person, so we went with the sample label which was marked champagne. The dress arrived and was a butter cream yellow. Since shipping takes about a month, and we didn't have that much time we had to order 2 silver dresses online (not knowing what size she would be) and had to ship it to their store in Corona as home delivery said it would take weeks and her prom was sooner than that (but somehow can ship to the store in 2 days). So we drive back out to Corona on a Saturday to return the champagne dress and try on the 2 silver dresses that had arrived and only 1 of the silver dresses had arrived but it was too short for my daughter. So we had to return that 1 dress, and the front desk girl (Rosette) said she would cancel the other silver dress as it had not shipped yet (but I had been charged already around $350 for the 2 silver dresses). For the champagne dress I came to return, I asked her if they could waive their 15% restock fee since their sample was mislabeled as champagne and that caused the issue. She explained she could not, but a manager could on Monday. I was apprehensive to leave a $180 dress there with no document or anything showing that I was due a credit, but trusted that a manager would call me, and I did take Rosette's name down. I had already emailed previously about the champagne dress but got an automated type response that didn't answer any questions on the restock fee. Now I never got a call on Monday for the $180 credit, and so far my credit card shows no pending credits for the 2 silver dresses either of around $350. I called on Tuesday and left voicemail, nothing. Called Wednesday, nothing. Left email on Wednesday - nothing. Thursday - called and their voicemail is now full. Attached are photos of the sample vs what we received. For the record, Rosette who worked the check out register was kind and professional. I do not blame her. But this company has terrible customer service. Unless you are able to drive to the store in person it's impossible to get help, and even if you make the drive unless a manager is on site - the girls can't make decisions like waiving a fee, or any complication they have to have a manager help who isn't there... and doesn't call back. When you're not calling back customers who have a $180 dress sitting on your counter to process their credit, and not answering calls or emails related to additional credits due of around $300-350 after a customer have driven to your store - you should not be in business. read more

The options online are much bigger than in store and the wait to receive online orders was way too long. This is crazy and not what you see online. Save your gas and time. I had a very disappointing experience at Kiss Prom. My daughter tried on about five dresses, all in a size 2. Her favorite dress was a little too tight, so she asked an associate named Serenity if she could bring her the same dress in a size 4 to see if it fit better. Serenity went to another associate named Joey to ask for the dress. When she did, Serenity rolled her eyes and and whispered in Joey's ear, she wants a size 4 can you go to the back and check if there's a size 4. Joey annoyed rolled her eyes as well. Joey then walked away and continued putting dresses back on the rack instead of helping. After about 15 minutes, my daughter was still in the dressing room undressed, waiting for someone to bring her the size 4. I approached Joey and asked if she had gone to the back to check for the dress. She told me she could not go to the back and get another dress unless my daughter was 100% sure she was going to purchase it. I told her my daughter was very interested in the dress, but she still needed to try the correct size to make sure it fit. Joey said she would go get it, but then continued putting dresses away and helping another customer instead. By this point my daughter had been waiting in the dressing room for about 15-20 minutes without being assisted. I approached again and asked if she was going to get the dress. She then asked if we were ready to check out. I explained that we couldn't check out because my daughter hadn't been able to try on the correct size. I also asked if they had the same style in another color in a size 4 just to confirm the fit. She said they did not and that she couldn't bring any more dresses from the back. I asked how I was supposed to purchase a dress if my daughter couldn't try the correct size. I asked what the return policy was and She told me they have a 21-day return policy but charge a restocking fee. I explained that it seemed unfair to charge a restocking fee for a dress a customer isn't even allowed to try on. I asked for a manager, and at that point Joey said "fine" and went to the back to get the dress. When she returned, she started assisting another customer before finally handing us the size 4 and saying, "Here. You don't have to be rude to get your way." I explained to her that I also work in customer service and that speaking to customers and acting in that fashion is unacceptable. She then responded by saying, "You're not my mom. You don't talk to me like that." At that point I took out my phone and asked her to repeat what she had just said, but she simply turned around and ignored me. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Prom dress shopping should be a memorable and enjoyable experience for young girls. Instead, we were met with eye-rolling, poor communication, and very unprofessional behavior. Serenity seemed somewhat helpful but appeared hesitant or uncomfortable asking Joey for assistance. I truly hope management reviews how customers are treated, because no family should have this kind of experience during what should be a special moment. read more

Absolutely zero stars. We placed our order weeks ago and let them know the date we would need it by. They canceled our first dress because they said it wouldn't make it in time. They sent us a link for dresses that would arrive in 3 days. Five days after our new order, they sent an email saying they did not have the dress in stock. I emailed back and said you told me you had this dress in stock, and that is why we ordered it. They then responded by saying the dress is on the way. However, every time I have checked the tracking code, USPS says they have not received the dress. The label was created 10 days ago, and they still haven't taken it to the post office for delivery. My daughter will now not have her dress for Homecoming. I've tried all the numbers online and still can't get anyone on the phone. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. read more
