She was super efficient and helped me get in and out of dresses quickly to optimize my appointment timeframe and she knew exactly what dresses to suggest. She was very informative about alterations/customizations we could make for my dress and what veils would pair well with it to fit my wedding vibe. I purchased my dress, veil, and a couple customizations and the total price was actually very affordable and stayed well within my budget! I was nervous about breaking the bank but they have lots of options in all different price ranges and they are very upfront about the costs. Gabriella A. - is the sweetest, absolutely no pressure on anything, picked up on cues of what I liked and didn't and made great suggestions and noticed things I didn't even pick up on that I liked or kept going back to. I would come again just for her, so sweet, supportive, and overall I think made our experience so enjoyable together. I 10/10 recommend going with her if you try on here. And no I'm not in any relation or sponsored and I hardly ever leave reviews- she just definitely loves her job and is great at it and it shows. Claps and snaps girl- you are the VIP. Instead, the tailor cut off my original sleeves, replaced them, and added floral appliqués that I never requested or approved. This permanently changed the look of my wedding dress and left me devastated. A wedding dress is one of the most important garments a person will ever wear, and I trusted this shop to make a modification--not redesign part of the dress without my permission. The lack of communication and disregard for my instructions were completely unacceptable. If the original request couldn't be done as asked, I should have been contacted before any irreversible changes were made. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop for wedding dress alterations. I hope they improve their communication with future brides so no one else has to go through the stress and heartbreak of having their dress altered in a way they never approved.

I had a very short turnaround for my wedding dress alterations -- only from February 14 to March 14…read more-- and I was worried about whether everything could be done in time. From the moment I came in, the seamstresses were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. I originally came in without my mom and was nervous about making decisions on my own, but they carefully pinned everything so I could clearly see how the final dress would look. That gave me so much confidence moving forward. When I first arrived, I thought the dress would only need a simple sleeve adjustment. Instead, they discovered the bottom hem wasn't straight at all, the bodice needed to be taken in quite a bit, and a bustle needed to be added. It ended up being much more work than I expected. Today was my second fitting, and I am beyond happy with how everything turned out. The dress fits beautifully and looks absolutely perfect. I truly cannot thank them enough for their kindness and skill. My dress looks amazing, and I can't wait to wear it on March 14. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing alterations.

They were super warm and inviting upon attending with my mom, sister, mother-in-law, and toddler niece. We all never had any experience with bridal dress shopping so this was a first time for all of us. They made it such a fun experience and had a great selection of dresses both with my inspiration in mind and others they thought I would like! They offered a lot of advice and were so hands on, both helping me button up the dresses and fanning out the trains and even trying on different veils! They also encouraged us to get lots of pictures and video of all the dresses I tried on, in all the angles of course! Prices on the dresses were super fair and a fraction of the price I would imagine at other places. They were also super patient with my niece when she wanted to check out some dresses too and even when she shed some tears (a result of disrupting her beauty sleep and getting up early no doubt!) I was very grateful for their patience and so were my family! I said yes to the dress and they made it such a fun and special moment for all of us! When my appointment came I told them how I was getting married in two days and I just received my other wedding dress that I ordered months prior (from a different place) earlier that morning and it was about three sized too big and I how I even ordered a size down and it was still quite huge. The lady was super understanding and helped me with my last minute dress shopping. I got to have the full experience dress shopping with my mom, which I hadn't had yet since I ordered the other one online. I tried on quite a few dresses and the woman who helped me found me the perfect dress in my price range and I was able to walk out with it the same day since I was only trying on dresses that would fit and I wouldn't have to get altered. I'm plus sized, so I didn't think I would be able to find a dress, but they had so many beautiful options. It was an amazing experience and I didn't even realize the place was closed and they (there were two workers helping me), made sure I got my dress. My wedding was wonderful and I'll never forget the experience I had here. It was truly a blessing! I got a dress, a beautiful veil, and a belt for the dress that was so beautiful! They let us take 3 dresses at a time to try on. We were helped by the lovely Michelle. She was amazing! She helped us find the perfect dress in a timely manner and gave us tips on accessories. Definitely feel that it is worth the price of the dress here. It was about 180 for a dress but it fit right off the rack.
