They were so warm and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They let me and my party walk around and choose wedding dresses. I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she was very patient and helped me narrow down my choices. She never once pushed or pressured me. I enjoyed having a whole area to ourselves. They gave us all champagne and made us all feel celebrated and special. It was so special, I still remember it so vividly. 10 years later, I walked in with my 4 year old daughter. She wanted to see where I got my wedding dress. I told them I shopped there before and my daughter just wanted to look at the dress near the door. They greeted us warmly and invited us to look around! I was shocked they did that. After a while, the girl came by to check on us. She asked my daughter who her favorite Disney princess is and then showed her to all the Disney princess inspired dresses. She pulled out the Jasmine one for her to see. My daughter was so excited! Honestly, they did not need to do all that nor did I ever expect it. They made a little girls day so special that day. I had a very short turnaround for my wedding dress alterations -- only from February 14 to March 14…read more-- and I was worried about whether everything could be done in time. From the moment I came in, the seamstresses were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. I originally came in without my mom and was nervous about making decisions on my own, but they carefully pinned everything so I could clearly see how the final dress would look. That gave me so much confidence moving forward. When I first arrived, I thought the dress would only need a simple sleeve adjustment. Instead, they discovered the bottom hem wasn't straight at all, the bodice needed to be taken in quite a bit, and a bustle needed to be added. It ended up being much more work than I expected. Today was my second fitting, and I am beyond happy with how everything turned out. The dress fits beautifully and looks absolutely perfect. I truly cannot thank them enough for their kindness and skill. My dress looks amazing, and I can't wait to wear it on March 14. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing alterations.

Took my daughter's formal pageant dress in for a simple hem Zizi the shop owner promised she could…read moredo it. After multiple attempts, she has completely destroyed my daughter's gown. She had to wear it for one competition and now she can no longer wear it because the dress is absolutely destroyed, and she was too embarrassed on the floor after seeing the pictures of herself in the dress now that this shop has ruined a brand new gown. My daughter never even got to wear the dress prior. What are you doing? This woman is all about money as she charged me $400 just to hem a dress a couple of inches. Instead, she chopped the dress off, uneven and way too short in areas. She also chopped off the liner and the outer layer at different links so it's uneven all the way around and way way too short in some areas! It was a multiple day process where she made excuse after excuse and I had to ultimately take the dress after paying $400 when the original cost was $550 but I was able to talk her down prior to her starting the project. This woman is a ripoff, she's a fraud, she even explained how she knows how to get negative reviews off of yelp by telling yelp that these people that are leaving the reviews were never her customers and then it's just one person trying to retaliate. As you can see, I have picture proof that my daughter was a customer in her shop and she's even in the pictures with my daughter! Please please please don't take your dresses here she will destroy them! She told us not to get it cleaned or steamed and I know now that's because she steamed the outer layer to stretch it, trying to make it longer and if we clean it or steam it, it's going to shrink back up to the shortened length that she messed up. They were super warm and inviting upon attending with my mom, sister, mother-in-law, and toddler niece. We all never had any experience with bridal dress shopping so this was a first time for all of us. They made it such a fun experience and had a great selection of dresses both with my inspiration in mind and others they thought I would like! They offered a lot of advice and were so hands on, both helping me button up the dresses and fanning out the trains and even trying on different veils! They also encouraged us to get lots of pictures and video of all the dresses I tried on, in all the angles of course! Prices on the dresses were super fair and a fraction of the price I would imagine at other places. They were also super patient with my niece when she wanted to check out some dresses too and even when she shed some tears (a result of disrupting her beauty sleep and getting up early no doubt!) I was very grateful for their patience and so were my family! I said yes to the dress and they made it such a fun and special moment for all of us! Everything was so much fun and they made it incredibly easy. This was my one and only bridal dress appointment and it was definitely the experience of a lifetime!!

She took the time to listen carefully to what I liked and suggested dresses that perfectly matched my style and personality. When my appointment came I told them how I was getting married in two days and I just received my other wedding dress that I ordered months prior (from a different place) earlier that morning and it was about three sized too big and I how I even ordered a size down and it was still quite huge. The lady was super understanding and helped me with my last minute dress shopping. I got to have the full experience dress shopping with my mom, which I hadn't had yet since I ordered the other one online. I tried on quite a few dresses and the woman who helped me found me the perfect dress in my price range and I was able to walk out with it the same day since I was only trying on dresses that would fit and I wouldn't have to get altered. I'm plus sized, so I didn't think I would be able to find a dress, but they had so many beautiful options. It was an amazing experience and I didn't even realize the place was closed and they (there were two workers helping me), made sure I got my dress.
