I came in here back on January 28, 2022, it was a slow evening so we were helped quickly, so I never imagined when pickup came in may that I would have an issue. The groomsmen came on back in April to get sized for their tux and everything was fine. The people who sized them really weren't sizing correctly, or going in depth if you will with how they were measuring. Pick up was Wednesday may 18, and I called the day prior on Wednesday and asked if it was ok if we picked up the following (Thursday). I was told yes and if there were any issues they could order whatever is needed to be here the next day (Friday). Perfect! What could go wrong? I guess I should have recognized that meant there would be issues. my husband went in to pick up his tux and the groomsmen's just to run into a major problem. His shirt didn't fit. Like I was assured the day before , I'm thinking we could get a correct size ordered. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Apparently it was "prom season" still. So due to it being "prom season", they didn't have a large in black in the length my husband needs. Somehow the day prior when I called... it wasn't prom season. When trying to ask questions I was spoken to very condescending by the employee who was helping my husband at the front. My biggest concern is what happens when a groomsmen tries his on and the black shirt is too small? They offered my husband a shirt in white in his size, or a black shirt so he matches everyone else however it's oversized. Zero real solution rectifying their mistake. Whether it's the wrong size was ordered or he was measured wrong by their own emp Not only is the shirt wrong, the jacket has no cuffs. The jackets I chose had cuffs. I chose style 1210, and what was ordered was 1230. I did not catch this in store because I don't familiarize myself with the item numbers of places as I'm not an employee and don't need to. 4 years later I am still stuck with pictures on my wall of half my wedding party in attire that doesn't fit with the exception of the minister who had his own suit . Definitely go somewhere else to make sure your wedding photos aren't like mine.

I actually…read morenever leave reviews but wanted to give the ladies a heads up about getting your dress tailored here. Long story short, I had to take my dress to another tailor and pay extra money to completely undo their work and redo the alterations. Our request was for very minor adjustments for my elopement wedding dress. We trusted them because they confidently promised us that the tailor has extensive experience with dresses as well as suits, and that he does a phenomenal job with wedding dresses. I asked for my shoulder straps to be taken in a little so that they don't fall completely off my shoulders (which had to be redone at another tailor), and for the slit to be closed by just a couple of inches. We paid $100 for this service. When I tried on the final product, I immediately knew something was wrong. The hip area was too tight and I had trouble pulling it up, when it had fit me perfectly around my waist and hips prior to the alteration. The shoulder strap was still long, and the slit was very awkwardly bunched up and the layers were messed up. This was very apparent to me and clearly something had gone wrong. But the owner kept saying that it looked perfectly fine, and that the tailor just sewed up the slit just like I had asked. He flipped the dress inside out to take a look at the stitching on the inside of the dress and said it looks perfectly fine. It did not look perfectly fine at all. The owner kept asking me to let them know what was wrong and how I would like for them to fix it. He was offering another round of alterations which was a nice gesture, but since they couldn't see what was clearly wrong with the dress, I didn't feel comfortable trusting them with another round of alterations with my wedding dress. We ended up taking the dress to another alteration shop in Irvine right away, and that tailor knew immediately what was wrong. He immediately called out that the dress was way too tight at the hips and that the slit was stitched very weirdly. The original slit was in the front, but the tailor had pulled it all the way to the side and sewn it up on the side for some reason. This was why it was so tight around the hips and the layers had lost their shape. The second tailor had to completely undo the stitches from the first tailor, and unfortunately this left holes. They're not very noticeable from afar but still a permanent damage to my wedding dress nonetheless. They gave my fiancé his shoes free of charge which was a kind gesture but I'm still really upset about my dress and how the situation was handled. Don't get me wrong, their service for my fiance's suit was great. Mr. Jorge knew exactly what his size was and the tailor did a great job with hemming his tuxedo pants. Just a warning to take your dress to a dress tailor.

I'm always having to take my dresses to get hemmed and I find that I get a better deal taking it to get altered at the cleaners since it's such a quick fix and it would be hard to mess that up. I took in a couple dresses and the nice lady at the front gave me a blank stare when I said I wanted to get them hemmed. She asked me if I knew how much I wanted to get hemmed and I said no, wouldn't you normally check to see how much I need to get hemmed once I have it on? And she said she was not the tailor and that she could only take my dresses if I knew how much I wanted hemmed. She said they don't have always have the tailor on site which was a bummer. I mean I technically could have measured it but it would have been good info to put on the Facebook video promoting the business that they do not always have a tailor on site. I'm still giving them 4 stars because the place was really nice and clean and the lady I spoke to was very polite. I'll update my review later on when I try out the actual dry cleaning services.
